Can Noory pronounce anything correctly?

Didn't catch the first hour of tonight's show but I am guessing Noory was crowing about the "Just Say Duh" rallies against healthcare reform.  At least we knew where all of the loonies were for one afternoon.
With all due respect, I don't put informed and involved Americans from all political parties in the same category as fringe conspiracy theorists. The former are encouraging while the latter are embarrassing. I'm thankful that we have a growing number of "loonies" who question how politicians spend their money. Please pardon the political interruption.

I was always amazed at how he grabs any straw just to try to instill fear into people.. Its like he gets some kind of orgasmic high thinking he scared some people about the future.. He really gets off on it... Just shows you what a sick perverted nut case he is, how he probably has deep seeded thoughts about chaos and destruction and just Loves it!  Is the rest of the world blind?

I know what you mean. He won't stop at grasping at doom and gloom straws. He'll look for the proverbial cataclysmic needle in the disaster-filled haystack. The ironic (he misuses this word too) thing is that he claims to be a positive optimist.

Yeah, all those crazy right-wing Glenn Beck people and their prodding questioning of Acorn's spending records while using our tax money. How dare they! Those freakin loons. I can't believe the audacity of people questioning where their money is being spent.

QuoteWell, mostly it's an issue because it's in the Constitution.

Well - yes, and I also understand the reasons for that being part of the constitution in the first place. What I'm bugged by is that we never discuss it (and it may need to be discussed) unless there is someone to hoist on our shoulders  (Kissenger / Schwarzenegger) or point a finger at (Obama)  And yes - I could have said that the other way around.

I guess I just hate politics - because there is always an agenda that's not obvious on the table - but it's the agenda we run by nevertheless.

I've often wondered how Noory was chosen over an Ian or an Art Bell type personality that can really entertain a late night radio audience with unconventional topics and call-in guests that aren't prescreened. Someone on another forum suggested it was a corporate agenda driven selection by Clear Channel that is by nature right-wing conservative Christian.

I've always been curious why George is so confident that he will get a new contract when our sentence er I mean his present contract is up? Doesn't anyone tell him that that is, hopefully, extremely unlikely, God willing.

If he keeps telling everyone how wonderful and popular he is - people will believe him.  It's like the emperor without any clothes.  And - IMO - it's one of the reasons the intelligence of the callers has dropped off.  People who see though that don't want to play.

Outstanding point EvB.

The Noory/Rense/Jones/Drudge loons are trying to shout down any discussion.  Noory in particular got the memo from the crooks busing in these people.

The guy makes some good points about the out-of-control government at times. He crosses the line, though. It's like he channels Tom Arnold and Gary Busey. I think that he crossed the line when he called Obama a racist. YMMV

One man's loon is another man's patriot. ;-) For instance, I thought that the Marine, who mentioned our Constitution at one of the town hall meetings, deserved the applause that he received.

Sometimes patriotism is the last refuge of someone with nothing to say -- like Lt. Chickenhawk Noory.

Speaking of, Noory is pitching in with another diversion tonight with his ongoing circus of medical "experts."  Like his buddy Beck, Noory is not giving fair and balanced reporting.  It's not illuminating, it's turning down the lights, in this case at the behest of big insurance.  Reread my post about high school dropouts overruling physicians.  It wasn't a joke.  If the hired hands trying to drown out and muddy the issues are ever stopped, and a real discussion takes place, then you will see and hear some real anger.

I know what you mean. His show can be as one-sided and stacked as MSNBC's left-winger shows and Bill Maher's show put together. As for the Americans who hold the politicians' feet to the fire at the town hall meetings, more power to them. It's good to hear honest Americans who care about the Constituton more than party propaganda.

A bunch of people talking about the horrors of vaccinations and the swine flu  (aug 4), which George believes was created in a lab somewhere by those same guys that abduct cows and put fluoride in the water and ...well, you get the picture.  Actually it was all very interesting.  Supposedly there will be mass world wide vaccinations this fall and I'm going to have to do my own research on this to figure out where I will stand.   George only gave one side on this and explained that adding another guest with an opposing view (pro vaccination) would result in "nothing getting done."  What?  Huh?  Whatever, George.

Hi kiddies!

I have been in Noorvana for a while; just couldn't face all the needless BS and the wife snarked at me for getting pissed off about it...she was right of course, so I took (am taking) another extended leave from all things Noory.  Just wanted to pop in and say HI!

**M**

That was creepy.  George giddily reading about the guy that had trouble getting women to pay attention to him, wondered why with all the eligible women in the US none would talk to him, date him... at first I thought George was talking about himself.  Then he was all upbeat reading the details of how the guy shot up that fitness center...

Oh, right now he's interviewing some pregnant lady who is auctioning off the naming rights to her baby.  George is all jovial, 'Hahahaha, Tommy, maybe we shold bid'.  Creep.

Someone over at PremRad should seriously check George's computer and the papers around his desk...

Hi, Mabuse. Your diagnosis in the other thread rang true. I'm well acquainted with the ups and downs of NPD. My dog suffers from a severe case of it. ;-)

I hope that you decide to listen and post more often. Why should we suffer alone? ;-) Seriously, your posts provide unique pieces of our puzzle. That would be the "how'd he get this gig?" jigsaw.

It's safe to say that you're not the only one who entertained that thought.

A boat load of crap from the always loveable Alex Jones  (aug 5) swallowed in its entirety by grand inquisitor El Noory, followed by a conversation with ufologist Stanton Friedman, who seems like a nice enough guy and I hope one day he finds whatever he's looking for.
By the way, the Alex Jones story about the British placing cameras in private homes, which George quickly googled and confirmed, and they were both going nuts about was not true.  It took me all of one minute to find the real story.

You can support the criminal V.....but there are moves afoot on several fronts to bring legal action to bear on him.  Stay tuned.....  He is severely distubed, which is not a crime, until his actions breach what is legal and what is not.  V has brought this upon himself by his behavior.  You can only protect the prodigal child for so long before he falls due to his own behavior.  You can mock as you like, but what V does has crossed the line into reality.  So "real" people will be brought to bear and affect him.  Sorry. reality can be cruel.

OKAY GUYS!   Mod Hat ON here.

Enough.  Conversational insults, direct criticism in context, of something some has said,  or  sharp humor are fair game - Uninvited  or ad hominem attacks on other members are NOT FAIR GAME. Don't do it.

Claymoremine, the ONLY reason your comments are allowed to stand is because PW has made them look foolish, and therefore put them in the category of humor. You should thank him if you think that your attacks on V are something people should see.

Any further attacks of this kind on any of our members will be deleted.

And yes - this is a public statement.  Public attacks deserve public redress.

PW - I'm sorry to spoil your fun  - but I'm sure you will find other fodder for your talent with parody.  ;:)

No problem.  I consider what you said quite fair under the circumstances.  And yeah - I know - it all seems so capricious.  Such is life with human beans  ;:)

Floating format  (aug 6).  Neuroscientist Dr. David Eagleman  talked about how cool the brain is and offered to find one for George.   Dr John Abramson  is on a mission to shove ObamaCare down our throats and called town hall protesters "brown shirts."
Yeah, this healthcare thing is gonna get ugly.
