I discovered this wonderful site after Googling "George Noory stupid."  I look forward to having lots of fun. Thanks for being here.

I don't think that you can listen to George for more than 10 minutes without hearing a gem.  That's how long it takes me to fall asleep after I turn him on at 2 am or so. I used to subscribe but stopped after Art left.  I got this clip when they gave us a free Streamlink weekend last month. I gues I'll resubscribe.

If you are selling timeshares or offering payday loans, George would be a great prospect.

In anticipation of Snakebite Noory bragging about breaking the drought here, it only sprinkled a little over most of the region Wednesday.  There were very isolated 1 to 1-1/2 inch downpours typical of our "Exceptional" droughts.  The regional average was probably a trace -- just enough for fresh wildfire fuel.  Meanwhile the worst heat wave since record keeping began (James Buchanan was president) continues.  Probably those pesky volcanoes.

In short, George has been caught fudging again because he made the mass consciousness appeal for rain after learning that an El Nino was indeed forming.  He thought it was going to start raining here right away. What he didn't realize is that an El Nino usually doesn't bring rain to this region until fall.  In the meantime El Nino usually suppresses hurricane formation in the Gulf so look for George to bring on Robert Felix in a few weeks to belch, fart, deny global warming and swallow his tongue.

For those former refugees who'd like to peruse through archives of past posts on another forum, I'll have many unedited webpages available very soon- It's somewhat slow-going, and certainly time-consuming,  but should have what I feel like doing (not ALL of them of course) by tomorrow night. Not all pages are available, and are archived in a standardized one-file format called .mht. Not sure about you Mac whackjobs (just kidding) - I suppose you can open them too.

Numerous song parodies by the Professor, and imagine this - posts from Spikegirl and NOLODOG (aka simply DOG) before they began their misdirected anger at their favorite scapegoat-of-the-month, and turned into PMSing women of spite.. Nonetheless, I think you'll enjoy seeing some previous good work in former posts. I usually use WinRAR for higher compression, but for you Mac Dogs, I'll use plain ZIP to compress all the files into one download.

I'm going forward as as far as I can before the thread was deleted... the archive begins around May 20, 2009 or so, though I may include what I can before then. Personally, I enjoyed seeing the Profs. songs come back to life.

      I thought the Atlantis show  (july 23) would bore me, but Greg Little  was amicable, down to earth, and seems to be busting his butt finding lost airplanes, underwater ancient civilizations, and not once did he mention space aliens.
     No major gaffes from the Gaffe Master, but for those of you monitoring  George's Movies/Television = Reality  Syndrome  he did manage to weave in Star Wars, James Bond, and a movie he saw "a long time ago about Atlantis..."

First -- NO ONE HERE is that stupid!

Second - to get an image in line - you have to use a link - upload the image to a site (use tinypic of something like it if you don't have your own) Then use the image button (second from the left above  -- right beside Flash - which *I* can't make work!) and insert the direct URL to the image.

Hey's thank's V, you are doing the lords work...if you can get them all into any halfway decent file format, I could suck up and parse out out the parodies automagically, and we could make a Noory-parody thread here and let them (mine and others, Super-N, StarBrite, Paper*Boy and others had some good ones....and Boss Hogg, John Titors Clock, and Mabuse had some classical rants and poetry as well...) be reborn there....

If you had an issue, you could have PM'd me, Miss Sophie, but since you brought it up publicly I'll respond by saying, I suggest you go back to GLP, and read some, or really any of their posts about me... and then come back and report about who is being rude.

I would also invite you to read every one of my now 136 posts here, or quite frankly, find a post on GLP where I have ever previously chastised either of those you mentioned. Again, report back with your findings. I think you'll find the ratio to be 100%:1 (percent of their posts about me:posts about them from me). I can help if you have difficulty with ratios.

I'll also briefly mention for your consideration, and hence understanding of why I made one comment about those two - the female involved did something very, very naughty in a post on 7/18/2009 @ 7:31 PM against me. It has since been deleted, but you can ask her privately about it if you wish. Though she may deny it, I have incontrovertible proof, and she'll know it if she reads this post.

It is unfortunate that, sometimes,  those you consider your friends, can turn against you suddenly and without reason or provocation other than rumor. So I offer only this advise (not that you need any from me, or will take it)... be carefull.
