It makes me think that there is no single GN. There is just a collection of body doubles created by PremRat, so that if one goes down they have a replacement readily available.

I think you're right, although it is a shame that at some point they forgot to install the brain, and now it just sort of sucks...

Noory would be a good choice.  I've concluded Presidential candidate choose mentally infirm running mates so that no one will want to impeach them and have the VP take over, except in the case of Dick Cheney who chose a mentally infirm running mate for name recognition.
