Like many have already said, ol' Dave didn't bother mentioning Art's name last night. I was checking the twitter feed last for C2C and it wasn't showing up on the website. I checked it this morning to see if they said anything about Art, but nope. However, I did see this just now when checking.

It depends what portal you go through and what dimension you find yourself in.
