Going through some photo albums, boxes, and such and listening to an old Art show that randomly was picked out. I am legitimately curious how a distillery devoted to high-class spirits could suddenly produce large quantities of (presumably) low-grade alcohol.  Does he just have it sitting around?  I get that the process is the same, but is he trucking in potatoes, or something even cheaper?
