The one run by this fellow, tasting room in a little shack just after you get off the Mukilteo ferry.  He also appears to have stolen albrecht's socks.

I am legitimately curious how a distillery devoted to high-class spirits could suddenly produce large quantities of (presumably) low-grade alcohol.  Does he just have it sitting around?  I get that the process is the same, but is he trucking in potatoes, or something even cheaper?
Isn't that the Soylent corporation owned distillery?

Translation of translation.  I’ve got nothing intelligent to contribute so I’ll just the say the same old shit.

Hot dammit thread.

Mowed my lawn and did some other yard work today.  Same shit as last time.  People out walking, jogging and driving bikes by my place, spewing lethal virus everywhere.  I guess the poor dumb bastards are under the impression that fresh air, sunshine and exercise are good for you.  Perhaps they are...but they don't need to be getting their freak on next to my back yard.  Remember the signpost?  I got one of those "No!" signs shaped like a dog  in the "I'm taking a crap" Hunchback position and installed it out by the street sign.   What did I find?  A big steamer.  Right there. Right there next to my No! sign.   Un-freaking believable.

Then the old fat guy that lives nearby came wheeling in with his rig.  Watched him get out and he had a massive Mister Misty Big Gulp from the Dairy Queen.  Now how is that essential?   No mask.  Multiple heart attacks and he's enjoying a Grape fucking Mister Misty slushy.  What the actual hell is up with that?   How are we going to get to zero cases in this country if you can just go get a Mister Misty just because you feel like it?

Worst of all is the alley. The alley out back.  Guess what I saw there?   People.  Neighbors.  Playing Pickle Ball.  In the alley.  My alley!  The one out back.  I fucking drink back there thread.  Now its all ate up with plumes of virus due to illegal Pickle Ball matches.   I'm beginning to sympathize with that snitch line up in NYC.  These coofers must be stopped.  Pickleball of all things. Jesus....................

Edit:  Do I need to have that steamer by the signpost tested?

Or Luciferians......  Or both.    In any event, the sanctity of the alley has been breeched.  I still have a good supply of Hamm's the Beer Refreshing too.........

I've selfishly been enjoying my pedestrian experience, living in the ghost town environment.  No asshole drivers running red lights and stop signs, cutting me off in the crosswalk.  No prick skateboarders and bicyclists passing too fast and too close on the sidewalk.  No dogs on too, long leashes, molesting me with their stink and fleas with their fat cow masters abrogating control to their canine masters.  Nevertheless, it's good to see these fallible humans waking up.

It is their fault. It was a bad idea to begin with and only the richest people in the world and their tools like you are still pushing it.

Sometimes you have to laugh. So you don't fly off the handle or have a heart attack in rage.  A couple months ago I was mowing and was bagging to help suck up the leaves and it was like a 3 Stooges routine. Not only do I step in the pile of dog shit some bad neighbor didn't pick up in my yard and I also ran over the dog shit. Which got it all over mower's wheels and "mulched" the dog shit into the bag- which made empty the pile of grass and leaves much more pleasant. I was very pissed but than realized 1) I couldn't identify the culprit 2) if it was filmed on someone's RING it might be on Funniest Home Videos.  So had to laugh, albeit a somewhat maniacal laugh....

Being in a lockdown I have reposition my desk and chair and monitor vigorously and immediately run out and confront.  One old lady was using the "I didn't notice what my dog was doing" while talking on her cell phone (apparently to her daughter.) I caught the action and ran out and yelled "you need a bag?!" And offered her a bag. Then made her hangup and pick up the dogshit.

So if Dogs now get Corona-Chan will be people still be allowed to walk them? Can Corona-Chan be found in dogshit? If Cats get it this doesn't bode well for Norry's Invasion plans....

It is ironic that, if I showed up at emergency coofing and spewing, I'd probably be told to do more or less what I'm doing now.
,
Obviously there is more to it than different societal tolerances for strictly quarantining the sick (is there enough bed space, for one, though the unused Army field hospitals and hospital ships suggest otherwise) but I can't help thinking the current strategy owes more to don't blame the victim and reduce all inequalities in suffering to the lowest common denominator (political attitudes) than actual science, and it's debatable which approach would result in a lower loss of life, to say nothing of income.

Historically, they argued, we've always quarantined the sick.

"And in this case, control of a narrative."

Nice. I actually sent it to two people who watched it. Both cautiously agreed (and noted that it is hard to back them 100% because of the culture of fear that we are living in...)

When considering a socially acceptable and minimally destructive solution to my problems, I often find my mind wandering to my Mossberg 500A1. Designed in a beautiful flat black it is both stylish and functional.

I vary the shells that I use and tailor them to the situation.
Neighbour left his house for a misty? 00 buckshot will take him out at range for ignoring the collectives wisdom.

Dog crapping on your lawn? A lighter load like B will remedy that situation.

People in the alley are a little more difficult. If there are multiple individuals they are likely to scatter. Even if they start off at close range, by the time you finally get to the last you will likely find that 00 was the correct load.

I have found during this outbreak that it often takes only 4-8 bodies to keep the hoards of infected coofers a safe distance from my property.

It is a very effective approach which minimizes the risk to you as well as the number of people necessary to eliminate in order to keep the "covid cloud" far from your property lines... And that is a good thing.
