This weekend. Show prep is done. I am finally coming out of the haze of my break up/crazy ass relationship and back to doing my show and working on book 2, which now has 60 pages written!

When/were do I listen?

I have a feeling now that MV has thrown it out there that any gabblings can borrow the GabCast.......I have a feeling lots of things will grow out of that, and that many of us will get to talk with each other on the air in the near future, about many interesting things  lol's

I know Nancy feels she needs the live chat, but If it was up to me, I would close it down and use the live thread.  It doesn't have the same atmosphere as GabCast and SpecSheet chats IMO.

Certainly a lot of interlopers last night, so I'm agreeing at this point. The only other option I see is an active admin/op that can kick and ban.  When chat gets too divergent from the show that's when it is an issue.

I see a mystery that needs solving, but don't really know if I the information I need to formulate a possible answer.  Really miss the internet of my 'childhood'.

If my body can handle the stress I'll see if can tune in either tonight or tomorrow night. Depends if I can get an actual nap in, and that nothing breaks down at work or home, and mostly I have time with my sons.

Now I'm going to begin loading MitD. I missed it last night, and I don't find flat Earth to be riviting stuff. You'd have an easier time convincing me of brain-in-a-box/matrix.

Neither have I, but I caught and read Art's several comments on BellGab (around 5:00 eastern time) and also on Facebook defending last night's show and (Redacted).  From what I've gathered ... much Controversy over it!!! ***By the way, I'm so damn tired of people blaming our (Redacted) / Heather for everything they don't like ... I'm keeping my current avatar for awhile!!!  I hate bullies!!!!!!!

Matter of fact, I encourage her last night to utilize a sound effect when she did nuke.  I was figuring the sound of nuke going off, her not acknowledging who got nuked, just *boom!* gone.  But maybe she needs to use Ripley's statement, "Nuke 'em fm orbit.  It's the only way to be sure."  And the *boom* and no acnowledgement of who got nuked.

Sort of what happened when we nuked Peshewar.  Remember?

You are being slippery. You were talking about believing things that have been supported by evidence - in other words, the scientific method. Of course people have uniformly believed all sorts of weird things, like God, but they weren't supported by evidence so there is no reason to believe them.

No disagreement. I'd forgotten about IRC sound effects. Though if I remember back then they only played if you had them locally. IRC clients were starting to build a few into the system back in ancient times.

I don't have any skin in this game but none the less my mind is seeking further information.... I also like this place more than not.  My gut is screaming one thing and my mind is screaming, but there are many possibilities.
