I just finished listening to this one today, too.  It was pretty impressive how you could take away the context and he sounds exactly like he does today, 14 years later.  All conspiracy, all "models," all "data," all bullshit.

Everytime I hear Hoagland say the word "data" I cringe.  I don't think he knows what that word stands for.  Facts and statistics collected together for reference or analysis.  Nothing he says is factual.  I also remember a couple months back when a caller confronted him about saying a comet (Ellinine?...spelling?) could be a spaceship.  Hoagland freaked out and denied saying it, however I recall the program the caller was referencing and the caller was right.  I really, really dislike Douche Nozzle.
