Art is living in Pahrump, Nevada with his wife and young daughter.
He moved back from the Philippines several years back.
But he is fully retired, so the only place you could hear him on the radio live is on HAM radio now.

Oh, they had to take him out of General Population and put him in the Administrative/Medical Segregation Unit since he gained all that weight. The cell was just not big enough for him to pass between the wall and the cots. And he kept falling through the cot. But don't worry, as soon as they cut that colostomy in him he'll slim down to where he looks reasonably human and he can get back to General Pop. Then he'll have computer access again. And you can continue your seduction.
