I saw half of a Sirius ad broadcast during the afternoon Fox baseball game. I missed some of it so I do not know if they mentioned Art Bell. It was the first tv ad I ever saw for Sirius. I think the Indie channel should be re-named the Art Bell channel like they do for Howard Sterns channels.

It sounds like various scenes in "Space 1999" or...."UFO". It seems like much of Art's bumper music could serve as the soundtrack to my life in grade school.

Since I already think PRN is dying to dump the Bell legacy of strangeness and oddities, and make the C2C slot a late night rightwing talk show, I also think they may be not unhappy that Art will be reclaiming his old territory and leaving their AM properties alone.  Noory is as lame with politics as with extra-normal topics. Wells will be licking his chops to lead the mutiny on his "captain".

I think Art will play whatever bumper music he wants, current c2cam be damned. They don't own the rights to the music. Also to the person that suggested Daft Punk and M83. youre brilliant.....

Secondly, my guess is Keith wants running artbell.com to be a full time gig and the fact that Art is giving him a share (or all?) of whatever revenue it generates is AMAZING for Keith. It's almost like a big thank you gift from Art. He will do just fine.

I know, exciting right? I think this will be an awesome ride. And tell grandma its okay.  The show scared the hell out of me sometimes too. Nothing spookier than late night Art Bell. Especially an EVP show with GIS. /shivers
