We're not in the habit of "expunging" things that are not in violation of our very simple TOS.  Simply being nasty to other board member is not a violation.

While even our US Supreme Court rarely votes unanimously on such things, and while I almost never respond to trolls directly, I'll make this one observation in defense of expunging (banning) those whose intent it is to disrupt. From our Constitution (ToS):

Now, I am not speaking about suppressing the free expression of ideas, bantor, or disagreements among members - but, I would submit that not every expression of speech is protected speech, to wit: one cannot yell "fire" in a crowded theater when no fire exists; one cannot publicly announce that he/she intends to kill the president of the United States.

I respectfully submit to the court, "are we the enemy?"

The prosecution submits that expatriation and exile to his IP of origin be suitable punishment.

To this esteemed court (The Supreme GNS Court) and the court of public opinion, I humbly rest my case. Sic semper tyrannis.

Addendum: Since we know it's illegal to yell fire in a crowded theater, as Steve Martin would say, "Is it OK to yell 'theater' in a crowded firehouse?" Just wondering
