The show was just terrible last night. I turned it on to help me fall asleep.  Whoever that "psychic" lady was she sounded to be 500lbs and full of phlegm. She gave terrible advice and of course George cut off that sad young lady who was looking for her mother. Both of them left her dangling and feeling hopeless I'm sure.  There's only two things that are hopeless in this situation George.  One of them is you and the  ignorant and rude way you consistently treat your callers and the other is the lame, full of phlegm, small minded, trash infested psychic. If she quite talking with hungry ghosts she might get half her brain back and start working on her own life (without the goblins)instead of hugely misleading others. Both you and your guest last night should be utterly ashamed of yourselves.
When history looks back on your show your going to known as the buffoon who wasted precious air time
and talked an infinite amount about nothing.

To be blunt, misleading people is a daily staple in the present incarnation of C2CAM (with exception to Knapp and few others). Speaking of an infinite amount of nothing, Georgie does go overboard to add himself to the conversation whenever possible, and even at times when it isn't possible.

Off topic of hating George, but I quite like this SiriusXM station. Pink Floyd Channel, B.B.King Blues Channel, Iron Maiden on the Rock Bar Channel, Mandatory Metallica Channel and i just stumbled on Mitch Hedberg's stand up comedy on Laugh USA. That is all pretty good stuff!

Sorry to jump off topic here for a minute, but does anyone remember the name of the female guest Noory spooked by insisting he wasn't the one to whisper "Why did you write that book?"

I've tried the Search process, but can't find a thing.  Morgus????

It was Linda Stasi. She was a great guest and Noory was a dick.

I just listened to this again.  What an idiot, acting like a third grader doing a phone prank.  Even if he had finally just said, yeah, that was me I was just playing around, it would still have been stupid.

Dave Noorie SUCKS!

What about a design for an Art Bell / Dark Matter bumper sticker?

Does anyone have a link for the Linda Mountain Ho on-air firing that Dave did?

Yeah, Sirius is well worth the cost once you discover what else there is you like about it.

Packing my bags for Nevada. What are the odds that my long previously scheduled trip would land me in the Kingdom of Nye for Art's return?  What a weird life...

Glad you gave everybody the heads up on that, AB.  At least Art will know who the guy with the combat gear and stoagie is hanging out by his gate.  You'd wouldn't want him to think it was just another weird groupie or militia guy.  ;)  ;D

I wish I had heard that. She needs to fired, she talks utter shite and has an uncanny way of sounding like a computer generated voice.
I loved it that time when she was saying the Bird Flu was going to kill 100 000 people, George was having none of it and it got quite heated. George was right on this occasion.

What a horse's ass - no offense to the horses.  I hate when people laugh at their own jokes, especially when they aren't funny.  And his laugh is just downright obnoxious.  Whether you like Mountain Ho or not, this was just stupid, and another example of Dave the idiot's IQ level and maturity level.

First let me start off by telling you I'm an anesthesiologist and an amateur chronometer.

I signed up to listen via the free link, thanks I forgot who that was many pages back, and I still can't log on. In the signup it says wait up to 10 business days? Really? How long did it take for most of you to be activated? Thanks.
George who?

I didn't use any of the free trial links.  I already had sat radio in my cars, so I added internet to my account. I was up and running immediately. I'd try calling customer service and see what they say.

He pranked Linda Stasi.
It was one of many disturbing interactions.
Someone should compile his stupid antics - or not.
Even GN and team don't seem to think they are worth re-airing.

Thinking about that inspired me to compose this last message about/to GN.

First a word or two about me.  I am a nurturer not a hater (despite the inner brat that has gleefully shown itself these past few weeks).  I love working with kids, animals and plants. I am a mother of three successful young adults who have all overcome extremely difficult things.  I am seeing three other kids through college that have strong visions to improve the world and will lift their own families out of poverty.  I also got one of them a lucrative job with one of the top 200 software companies in the US - right out of high school and summers while he goes to college.  I am helping to improve education opportunities in one of the neediest and remote native reservations in the country, the Tohono O'odham Nation.  I am also a bit of an artist (but more an active patron of the arts).  I am a good person to know.  I am at home here among the people from so many places who post here who surprise me daily with the breath of their skills, talents, humor and warmth.

A friend told me about Art years ago and I was quickly hooked.  Art provided great radio because he found the story; whether with a complete stranger or a world famous expert. Like any good story, he establishes a setting.  He often starts by learning where people are from; the more obscure, the better.  He connects, establishes rapport, listens and responds appropriately and respectfully.

In contrast, GN often simply notes Tommy's prescreened info.   If he follows it up, he just snorts a dismissive, "Oh sure."  Then it is up to the caller to be interesting - and be quick about it.  Wham, bam.  It's no surprise that they usually are not interesting.  From there they either get derailed, dumped, pranked or dismissed with a distracted, "You never know!"  He's bored, it's boring and it doesn't work.

Sumthins Going On:

Getting SiriusXM started can be difficult.
It seems problems like yours are common.
SiriusXM support seems pretty good, so give them a call.
I chose a password that was "too long" for their system and struggled for 24 hours, before calling them.
The operator should be able to reset your password, if thats the problem.
Chances are your sign on is your email address...

Let us know how you make out.

Well, I'm using the 6 char ****** that they gave me in my email. I'm reluctant to call because they'll have my tel number, a bad thing especially when they want you to sign up.

Alternatively, I guess I could copy and paste my login from another timeline where it worked into this one. Can't be any harder than rain from one timeline to another. At least it was easy for that Starfire chick. Or maybe I'll wait until tomorrow noon and see what happens.

Signed up this morning.  Took me 6 tries to select a user name which was 6 characters long and a password that the system accepted but I got it done.  Totally worth it.

How exactly does Ketamine work?  Do you think Midazolam really makes people forget?  I always remember my epidurals...

I have a feeling he thinks that's me somehow. Hey, new character!
If he thinks that's your real name, and that's the reaon he sent you a PM with nothing but that name in it, how creepy is that?!?   It's like the movie 'I Saw What You Did and I Know Who You Are.'

It's like he's trying to threaten or intimidate you.  He might report you to the authoritahs!  Does he want you to think Homeland Security's going to knock on your front door because a cat lady called his show and told him she has two gemini cats?

Yeah....SXM support seems quite professional. Personally, I wouldnt hesitate to call them. Save you from a lot of frustration.
I dont think you would receive phone calls from them. Decision is yours of course.

Let us know how it works out.

Signed up last night. Simple it was. Followed instructions. 3 attempts at getting my password to match but after that everything worked fine. You can only log on to one device at a time however. I am sad.

You can log in on different devices but only to one channel at a time is my understanding. First device logged in is the boss.
