George Noory Sucks! - The Definitive Compendium

Can Noory pronounce anything correctly?

No
No

i'm guessing Noory is going to have to change his name to Alberto Spittig or something

NoMoreNoory

I've written my share of coherent, intelligent E-mails to George Noory over the years voicing my concerns with the current Coast to Coast. All were met with grammatically incorrect, childlike insults. I gave up. At 9:59pm I sent one last E-mail:[attachimg=1]

ADG12311990

"What does Bell think of the man who replaced him on Coast, George Noory? He’s a lazy broadcaster, Bell says, indifferent to what he puts on the air. “This fellow, half the time, he doesn’t sound like he’s listening to his guest. He’ll come back and ask a question that had just been answered five minutes previously. Or he’ll inject a complete non sequitur. The guest will be talking about Bigfoot, and he’ll ask, ‘Well, does that have something to do with angels?’” Worse, “there’s a lot more politics in it, a lot more medical crap in it, a lot of New Age-y crap that I won’t touch. I prefer science.” Bell hopes competition will raise all boats. “It betterâ€"otherwise George’ll be a submarine.” Fans seem to agree: The first Google autocomplete hit on Noory’s name is “George Noory sucks.”

Looks like the "Mothership" took a big hit from the USS Enterprise. Well, today begins a new dawn of radio. Buh bye George, with your angels, and other stuff. Glad I never subscribled to the "Coast Insider", that cash is going to Sirius XM so I can listen to the better host.

Just when you thought I was gone . . .

So I see the honeymoon is over before the wedding happened in the Art Bell thread. I said early on that y'all had a time warped view of Art's shows and this was going to happen. You can't spend a decade listening to "Best of" and then expect that as the night to night fare. I, on the other hand, remember the endless Whitley, Hoagland, Dames etc. that were Art's mainstays. Here's a nice statement about Noory you can all hang me for over the next few days: Dames appears less than he did in the good old days.

Don't get me wrong, I've almost lost bowel control over Art's impending return. My SiriusXM is set up, and I'm hoping for nothing but what he used to do from him and wish him the greatest return to the public eye ever. But I suspect that's not going to please the haters, and, hell,I may yet end up being called an "Art Bell shill" instead of a "Noory shill" before this is all over.

George Noory sucks ... because he had Oates on.

Seriously? Only two or three people complained. You jumped the gun. On my part, I thought that it was a good idea to have old home week. It was fitting and proper. Kaku was a great choice for Dark Matter's first guest. It just made sense. I mentioned a few subjects for future programs when I replied to PB's post. That was all there was to that. I'm as snug as bug in a rug with launch week. I'm as content and optimistic as could be. On that note, I'll leave this thread to you now.

SnapT

Are you listening to Art, George?  See, THAT'S how you do a radio show.  You LISTEN to the GUEST and respond to what they've just said with PERTINENT QUESTIONS based on your own CURIOSITY.

(That said, I'll miss you terribly when you're fired because you are a lovable oaf of an asshole.)

Wow.. that's great! Finally printing out exact thoughts on Noory. All the stuff we complain about right here. ANGELS! hahahahaha

I took one headphone off and listened to George in the other ear.  He mentioned Art's return to the airwaves and mentioned he was on Sirius.  He did goof and said it was a three hour show.

SciFiAuthor

Well, George, did ya catch any of Art's broadcast?

Just heard a commercial:
"Man and dinosaur living contemporaneously...God said man said dot com "

jinwicked

I turn on C2C to minutes of the guest rambling uninterrupted and unchallenged.

Carrying on breathlessly about Bible this and that and angels.

The contrast has never been so stark as tonight.

e: Oh, it's fucking Steve Quayle. Phoning it in for another show, eh Norry?

SnapT

I turned C2C on tonight after the new Art Bell show (so awesomely weird to be able to say that) and instantly heard George bragging about being in the Navy and how he was ALMOST a Commander if he stayed a year longer or some such thing.

SciFiAuthor

I wonder if Art's Hoagland interview later this week will be fraught with discussion about C2C.

At first, I was bummed that he was on this week. It makes sense, though. He was like the fifth Beatle for years, so the conversations between Art and Richard might be more enjoyable than they would seem at first glance. The interplay will be completely different than it is on C2C.

No question, it will be like a different guest altogether.

George Noory: "Are these fallen angels and Nephilim demonic?"
Steve Quayle: "That's a great question."

I just had to chronicle that for old time's sake and as a reminder of how great it is to have Art Bell back. Now, Steve (seven-star general) Quayle's mentioning bestiality, so remember that when you're listening to Art with a deep sense of gratitude.

I can't be bothered after Oates. I'm listening to Art's rebroadcast.

I have no satilite.  I look forward to reading all about the Dark Matters over at the "disscusion" thread (...29 pages...well, I'm sure someone is planning to sum things up some what).  Meanwhile, back in hell, George drags us through a chemtrail show with William Thomas.  John B. just did a chemtrail show. Nobody can make chemtrails interesting.  I found Jesus with Steven Quayle.  If you gotta listen to George then please, God, let there be somebody else doing the talking.  I liked his little catch phrases, like "electromagnetic zombification," and "techno serfs."  And thank you, George, for keeping empty, vacant, meaningless, cliches alive.  I kind of dug this short exchange between George and Steven:
Steven: "I think we'll be seeing a return of indentured servitude."
George:  "That was in the old days, right?"
No, George.  It was in the future.  And you might want to step aside.  Pelham 1-2-3 is in motion.

Valdez, thank you for doing this each and every day.. and since few of us will listen to Coast at all anymore except for humor purposes, we all appreciate your valiant efforts on this .. your descriptions bring me great joy each morning. And remember, as of today, you are documenting the demise of Coast to Coast to Toast AM.

and you obviously have internet so can't you connect to one of the streams to hear Art?  I aint got no friggin satellite either but I DO have a friend named Williedee!!!!

It will be my honor.  Sure is quiet around here now.  And messy.  Completely trashed.  It'll take me days to clean this place up.  Thanks.

Valdez suffers so we don't have to. I tuned in for a little while last night out of curiosity. How to explain that feeling? Like slowing down for a traffic accident? Delighting in your own screaming child annoying people? Looking back at the #2 you just finished in the toilet? Anyway, I made it about 10 minutes. I heard a really funny commercial.

As Ziz said, williedee came through for many of us gabbers. I have cannonized him--now Saint Willidee--and put his picture on a Mexican candle.
