BTW, our new BFF, the Dave Noorie-bot V.2.1, checked back into the forum about 5 minutes ago.   He's a lot more interested in what we are saying about him than he is in whatever else he has going on tonight.  Creee-peeee.

I don't listen to the show ever, so if he does anything particularly funny or train-wrecky, I hope someone posts about it here and captures the mp3.

Oh the amount of liquids lost. The blame shifting is unbelievable. Take some responsibility. There are so many things I could say and comparisons I could make, but I don't want to even bring those people who do their jobs well into this conversation. They don't deserve that. A start would be to stop lying about the listeners. We all know the truth anyway. And did it ever occur to you some of us may have worked in radio or know someone who does? Again, class is not treating your listeners like idiots. Sorry to rant but trying to still make excuses does not fix the problem.

I'm glad to see veteran posters on tonight who can respect each other's views.  I got chased away earlier by the constant barrage of insults from a particular poster, and haven't even looked back to check her response to my earlier post.  I'm relieved to see others seem to share my sentiments in this respect.  I was worried earlier that events here would split this forum but tonight I'm seeing that we all respect each other too much for that despite our divergent reactions.  So long as we can continue to do that, I see no reason not to give George the benefit of the doubt here.

I wonder if Dave is checking Brinkley's wiki page while he's talking. Details there about his lies. Like claiming he was a CIA sniper in Vietnam. This was directly challenged by the LA Times: apparently, official records show he was a truck driver stationed in Atlanta throughout the war. Brinkley claims that was a cover to protect the integrity of the USA.

Before you take up the offers to post often, might I enquire if you're a little confused? Perhaps you didn't read that sign back there that says 'George Noory Sucks'. Not 'George Noory Is A Sweet Man'. He isn't. Not 'George Noory Has Quite A Good Sense Of Humor'. He doesn't. Not 'We Feel Sad For George Noory.' We don't. He sucks. End of. Perhaps you might be better off going somewhere else?
