and the only way any of this will work is if the Federal government actually enforces  the many immigration laws that we have, the wall alone wont mean squat if there are no legal consequences.

I agree. They need to enforce the laws on the books, including all employers to use the existing eVerify system.

And eliminate the incentives to come here like the free housing, health care, education, free breakfasts-lunches (and now DINNERS) in our schools, legal aide, and government forms in other languages for illegals and their brood. New laws against sanctuary cities and no more tax-free status for religious groups, Foundations, school systems, or charities who abide illegals. (With some humanitarian aspects that they can provide help- if they report them and when waiting for deportation of said illegals.) And all the costs would be born by those do-gooders, or if not, taken from any foreign aide we give them or asset forfeiture on assets held by their governments in our Federal Reserve Banks or even private banks.

Students for a Democratic Society... The 60's version of BLM anarchists. Unfortunately Cleveland has the potential for much worse. Social media is too effective in coordinating protests.

Richard Daly and the Chicago cops -- the sixties version of... you guessed it.

Except for the provisional and absentee votes, the votes are in.  Missouri polls will begin their final count tomorrow morning.  As of now it stands:

Trump  40.8%
Cruz   40.6%

Finally.  The most reasonable and fool proof way to finally prove that there is not gold in Ft. Knox and to expose a hundred other scams when everybody finally pulls their resources out of America.  Though I suppose they will just have to stand in line and add their names to the waiting list to get their property back...

In January 2013 Germany's central bank, the Bundesbank, said it will ship back home all 374 tonnes it had stored with the Banque de France in Paris, as well as 300 tonnes held in Manhattan by the US Federal Reserve, by 2020.

33 months later (and it) is not very far down this road. Paris still holds 308 tonnes, the 439 tonnes of bullion held by the Bank of England is staying put and the Fed is still sitting on 1,451 tonnes or 43% of the total.

We can do tariffs, we can tax money transfers to Mexico, and we can eliminate foreign aid. I don't even care if they "pay for it". I just want the damn thing built.
Tariffs might be a problem considering the various trade agreements (they would win in court.)  As for foreign aid, I assume that the first thing that Mexico would probably cut is the 27.5 million that they receive in "foreign aid" to fight narcotics followed closely by the 40 million in "security support" assistance that they receive and then possibly the 7.5 that they get to prevent terrorism.  Maybe they would stop spending the 91 million that they are given on their military (gee, I wonder if they ever use the military to carry out American policies and arrest drug lords?  Nah, I'm sure it is used in Iraq...)

Lets face it... Most of what America "gives" to Mexico is used to help secure and defend America in addition to paying for what is important to America (hello, drug war...)  Most of the $$$ in foreign aid goes to narcotics control and "security."

yeah, they get a little to help children and economic development, but you can bet your ass that is tied to forcing them to take part in the "drug war" and other American priorities.

Actually, I think it is only fair that if you are paying for security through "foreign aid" to your south, that you send a little of that "foreign aid" up here.  Our sea king helicopters really need to be replaced... And we are too cheap to do it.

Really... I was just pointing out that your "foreign aid" is not exactly given with no strings attached nor always in a selfless spirit.  For a country like Mexico, threatening to cut that foreign aid is like threatening to cut your own throat.

Now, about those helicopters...

As soon as you order a hundred or so F35s and a bunch of spares for your F-18s. We will get right on it.

But we are keeping the Stanley Cup.

And Biebber?  He would make an awesome VP or running mate for almost any of the candidates.  Attract the "millennial" vote.

Come on... If you won't send us helicopters, how about supply ships?  We can stop "borrowing" yours in the hot zones if you would just give us one...  Even the Spanish are contributing...

"The SPS Patino sailed into Halifax harbour on Friday to fill the hole left last year when the last of the RCN’s supply vessels was taken out of service. SPS is the abbreviation for Spanish naval ship."

Our plan was to have Bieber fly one of the F35s and then you have to keep him. This is non-negotiable. If he can't master the simulator, he will be boxed up in one of the crates with the spare F-18 parts. It will be the one without the "This Side Up" label.

Is the warranty still good on Michael J. Fox?  We will pay for round trip shipping, but I think he needs a factory refurbishment.

And please don't pay us in that Canadian money. I know it is prettier than ours, but it doesn't quite work well in our sorting machines.

As far as ships go, we would love to give you some. Let me check on the costs of raising some of the ones we left around Bikini Atoll. We have had them on long term storage. We had them totally disinfected right before we settled them on the bottom, so you shouldn't have to worry about a quarantine period.

Can you see what you can do now that the CrashtestDummies are back together again to arrange a brief tour?  There is a Trump Inauguration Ball that is interested in that song "God Shuffled His Feet".

We have some real concerns with this man Trudeau. Not as many concerns as the men in Canada, but still. And that recent decision to demand that at least 50% of the movies be directed by women has us wondering how many shades of grey there actually are.

If we are going to have quotas, then the Canadian NHL teams should have to draft at least 59% American athletes. Don't ya think?

Good day, eh?

Go for the choppers and supply ships, skip the F-35s. They're overpriced pieces of high-tech crap on a good day, when they work. On a bad day, you'll be asking yourself why you even need a stealth fighter that can't perform in air-to-air combat against older, cheaper designs and whose stealth bomber role is ill-suited to the RCAF's needs in an air to grounnd campaign.

Oh and if we take any A-10s out of service think about grabbing them up.  A  real bargain for what you're getting.

But the Great White North is one if the few places they actually have a chance of living up to their potential. We are tired of having to paint all of our fuel trucks white. And that whole deal about having to open the weapons bays every 10 minutes is completely eliminated when flying in temps below 0C.

Although i wouldn't be surprised if it became the first plane put out of service by a swarm if black flies.

If you want the displays to work in metric units, we may need to schedule a block software upgrade. Or we could make you a set of flipchart conversion tables.

I was visiting my grandfather last night and I literally used these exact same words with him.  I agree with your everify comment too.  All Trump really has to do is put out the word that there aren't going to be any more sanctuary cities, we're coming for you and many will leave on their own.   The other thing that will be very effective is to start rounding up business owners who hire illegals and parade their trials on TV.   Business owners will decide to get rid of their illegal employees for fear of real jail time.   Once the jobs dry up, the illegals will leave.

As Trump says, I have no problem with immigration, but they need to come here legally through the system.

I didn't find it interesting. None of the choices they studied included building a wall.

It is assumes allowing illegal immigrants to remain in the US is beneficial. It totally discounts the fact that it is against the law.

It does not adequately account for the costs to our society for having lawless illegal immigrants in our midst.
