ps: frequent C2C and RCH guest Joseph P. Farrell plays the pipe organ and harpsichord and composed a concerto for RCH's show. I'm not sure exactly what the composition was one or several (because some was organ and some was harpsichord.) But he grew up in Sioux Falls and played the organ at various Lutheran churches growing up.  But late into the show he started waxing poetic about Affektenlehre in relation to Bach and also how the pipe organ is so great because you are "in" the resonating-box of the instrument when playing. I'm honestly not optimistic. The education system teaches us that money is unlimited, and if you need more, just increase the tax (on everybody but you.) I was reading about the libraries and schools around the turn of the century. They were all funded by "clubs" and organizations. Now it is government funded. The service clubs have hit life support, and the idea that you are responsible for, or should contribute to another (aside from through forced donations given to the government each year for redistribution) is a foreign concept.

I think there is also a little of the "toilet paper hoarding" mentality that we have seen recently. We know that there will be an end to the gravy train. Younger generations have seen the older drowning their mashed potatoes in gravy and each one wants their ladle full even though there is not enough for everybody.

Who knows? Maybe people will wake up. But I don't think it will happen until the world collapses around us. "Give me government hand-outs, or give me death!"

See? This is what I was referring to in my last post. You know as well as I do that one of the best ways to burn off fat is to gain lean muscle. Lean muscle requires protein. Here is a limited supply of chicken (gravy) and yet another person demanding it for themselves while leaving the Senda's of the world to live on food that does not build the lean muscle mass that they undoubtedly strive for... Forgo your ladle of gravy and give it in the spirit of Charity to those who deserve it after a life of sloth.
