We had a similar story last week about a 79-year-old barber in Snohomish (where the sheriff isn't enforcing anything) reopening.  Guy looked like a hoot, taxidermy everywhere, Trump signs, would give you a shot of bourbon sometimes.  To their credit, the local news wrote the story in the same neutral style they also used for a city councilwoman who basically turned videoconferenced council meetings into her own emotional support group talking about how hard it all was and it's ok to not be ok right now, because she has no friends I suppose.

I tend to think that if they can't even get people to wear medically useless masks there isn't a prayer people will go for this but it explains everyone screaming for more testing, expecting that people will line up to be tested regularly because of course a negative might be out of date by the time you get the results.  I am sure you will all line up like good citizens.

Best part is these are the same people who are still desperately trying to act like they're in charge.  And at least our idiot governor is listening.  We can now go to the car wash again (why that is essential to any degree escapes me) but, in the event we have a "face-to-face" interaction with an employee (who must be tested every day for fever by the designated site covid-19 supervisor) our name and address must be logged to make contact-tracing easier in the event an outbreak is later tied to your neighborhood Brown Bear.  Basically some theoretician's, wet, sudsy dream.
