I misplaced a comma. I'm embarrassed. Amy is going to see this.

Oh noes!

Amy I look forward to your full-time return, but I just want to express that I'd rather have you on consistently 3 nites a week than inconsistently for 5 nites.  I've had this problem with RCH's show - He thinks he's doing 5 nites but he seems to average 1-2 replays per week.  It gets frustrating for the listeners who look forward to live radio.  Just a thought.  Hope things stay cool in the studio and you get back to regular shows, whatever the schedule may be.

TL;DR version:

- Temporary show schedule will be LIVE Wednesday, Thursday, Fridayâ€"still 8PM-11PM Central; Replays and pre-recorded fresh content planned for Mondays and Tuesdays (same time)

<snip>
- Lots of major guests in the works, in spite of recent setbacks.

Again, could use a few people to help me keep up with guest communications and outreach via e-mail and social media. Already have tons of guest suggestions (I'm quite behind on these contacts), but keep them coming!

Glad you are Ok Amy and looking forward to your return!   Wish I could help more but I work
gobs of hours a week as it is.   Best I can manage is some guest suggestions here and there.

Take care of yourself - you are the only you, you've got.  :P

Hi Amy. Your plan sounds sane and sensible. However did you end up on Bellgab?  Looking forward to your shows in any incarnation

Lilith

Sounds like a plan Amy. Hope to hear you Wednesday then.

- Looking for anyone trainable who is willing to be a volunteer associate show producer. You don’t have to make calls, as most guest communications will be conducted via e-mail and social media.

- Returning with ETA â€" 2 months for full show LIVE, 5 days a week.

Come hell, high heat, tornadoes, and everything elseâ€" the show will absolutely go on.

A recent entry to the digest of obstacular BS: after last night's electrical storms, my modem now power cycles itself every 5 minutes.

I don't believe in curses, fate, juju, illuminati gremlins, blessings, angels, aliens, or whathaveyou---but in my frustration, I'd like to bake a few of these.

On a happier note:

- The new window AC unit is very nice. Huge thanks again to everyone who helped make that happen!

- An acoustic engineer has volunteered to help me re-purpose some leftover insulation to improve the studio since the window AC install. Have a few new panels up now and it's already sounding better than it did before!

- As I've been resting-up, another filmmaker has volunteered to help me put ideas to paper about the 1 year horror movie challenge. Would like to film over three days as early as this Fall someplace in the Ozarks and will be sending some other people out to do location scouting soon.

- Early July, will be bringing on a group of guests to talk about a major cosmology project, perhaps bigger than the recent Tabby's Star Kickstarter. I was asked to provide feedback in the early phases of the project's campaign development. It will most likely get major mainstream press coverage. Going to be an awesome interview!

Sending Prayers and Energy of Healing, Light, Love . . . and anything funny that keeps you in good cheer during this time, Amy. ;)  ;D  :-*

I am not sure but I don't think so.  Got home late from work and it sounded like the computer guest from the other week was on.
So I popped over to the Spec Sheet.

Any regrets? I have a few. But MV did it his way

( Amy )

Hey guys & gals.

Still recovering from yesterday's procedure. I'm taking tonight as the final night off for awhile, but maintaining the temporary 3-day schedule (Wednesday-Friday) for the next couple of months. Will talk more about this tomorrow, as well as how underlying health issues which i'm being treated for now, played a role in heat intolerance.

Had an outpouring of response for volunteers, and some exciting announcements to make tomorrow about the show.

Tomorrow evening, we'll be welcoming back Richard David Smith III to talk about his new job working in biomedical research.
We'll also be doing open lines.

This Saturday  will be a volunteer meeting at around 4 PM Eastern/3PM Central.

Mike B and James will also be hosting the regularly-scheduled Saturday night double-feature. Not sure which movies yet, but there's a rumor that some Corman classics will be up for riffing!

Next Wednesday we'll have Dr. Ron Mallett on the program, discussing notions of time travel.

See you all then!

MV always does.

No regrets about the Spec Sheet.   Many about my career choice - there has to be something better
than spending 14 hours fixing some Brazilian dude's mess.

Good deal Amy - I guess.........   I don't much like the sound of "Still recovering from yesterday's procedure".
I'm happy you've got volunteers to help - wish I could.

Take care

A little more fancy than Clyde - 4 names with a 'da' thrown in like a cherry on top.
