Noory usually would have Linda on a week later (next week on Thursday night) is a week enough time?

He just said on Malliard's show that he hadn't wanted someone on his show on Monday and then on Dark Matter Tuesday or Wednesday, or visa versa.  He went on to say that LMH will be on MITD a week or ten days before she comes on C2C this month and he's fine with that.

It won't matter much, many of Dave's "frnge guests" suck.  So, if they're not good enough that they have to wait one year to come on to his show, they wouldn't be good enough for Art any day.

My biggest disappointment is the manual download. It really should be automated.  The multi-part download is both clunky & annoying for those of us who are on the go.

I love Art and am so happy to have him back, however this show was beyond disappointing. This topic and guest was not a great way to kick off debut week of MITD IMO.

Keith had been releasing the next days guests shortly after the show has aired. Tonight is Linda Moulton Howe. I guess they are protecting their guests from Dave so he doesn't attempt to interfere like he did during Dark Matter.

Time will tell how long this will go on for. Hopefully in time this won't be an issue. It's frustrating for us fans but hey I'm here for Art and I'm enjoying the ride no matter who is along for it.

This show wasn't my cup of tea. I turned it off about an hour in. As far as Linda Howe goes.. I know she's been coming on with Art forever but whether she comes on on his show or with Noory I always find it boring. She's basically just reading off news articles and reports for god knows how long.

Lol I was just about to say that!  She totally does just go down her earth files page & read articles.  She's also kind of become a laughing stock.  Her type of "reporting" is a bit too Hoagland for today's mentality.  Back before people had a lot of info at their fingertips, we had to take her at her word but now most people are savvy enough to disregard her tendency to over exaggerate, report conjecture as fact & generally do a lousy job at honest reporting.

What an @hole. Doesn't he know this doesn't make him look good at all? They probably won't dump Linda since she is such a regular but who knows. Art coming back has them all flustered its pathetic really. Maybe if they realized that Noory has been there 5 to 6 years too long and did something about it, instead they are just going to create animosity between themselves and the guests. I think it is more of a mindset, not a "propaganda arm."  I used to do the same job as Faddis for the XVIII Airborne Corps, and everyone there thinks that way, or at least acts like they do.  I think Faddis honestly believes most of what he says.  And other than on Snowden and a few things Faddis said for "congressional campaign purposes," I think he was spot on.  Not a thing wrong with what he said about how bad the Iran deal is, which was his main focus, and I have read almost nothing on BellGab actually challenging any of THOSE facts.  And Faddis did admit a couple of times that what much of this is about is oil and money.....an obvious truth, but one progagandists often gloss over.

Last night's guest revealed little to nothing about his role in the CIA.  I wonder if Art knew of his political aspirations prior to him being booked for the show.  His appearance reminds me why I don't care to hear politics discussed on Art's show.  Even with Art's talent for trying to maintain a middle ground, it's too easy to fall into fear-based personal opinion among listeners and create divisiveness, just as it did here in this thread.  As if right on cue folks began to take their respective sides:  Left/Right, Libtard/GOP Wingnut , etc.  Other Bellgabers are right--we can hear endless loops of this crap on a number of other shows.

Far more interesting to me, and more appropriate for a host like Art, would be to talk about our continued dependence on oil, and how it continues to dominate U.S. relationships and policy not only in the Middle East, but throughout the world.

If you listened to the show you would have heard Art ask the guest about his Senate run. Faddis immediately went in to campaign mode, criticizing the current administration's foreign policy and telling us how he would handle it differently...essentially, "Vote for me." BTW, I'm not interested in defending or criticizing the current administration. Regardless of which party is in the White House, I think there is little hope for any resolution with such a profoundly divided two-party system.
