20150721 - Charles Faddis - Biological Terrorism

Started by MV/Liberace!, July 21, 2015, 11:15:10 AM

WE HAVE TO SCALE BACK GOVERNMENT AND PUT THE POWER BACK IN THE PEOPLES' HANDS

WE HAVE TO PERSECUTE WHISTLE BLOWERS AND KEEP GOVERNMENT SECRET

This is why Republicans scare the bejeezus out of me.

if I had a way to call in, I would ask the guest what he thinks of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (regarding Iran's nuke program which will be reduced by ~98%, negotiated with the European Union, China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States), which most experts agree is a great idea; I think Charles Faddis would say it was a bad idea.

What has Iran shown since 1979 that makes you think they can be trusted to stick to a treaty? They're already enriching, so to bet on that is to basically hand them the time they need to create a nuclear weapon.

Art may as well be interviewing Dick Cheney or Karl Rove at this point.

I have a double-headed eagle flag. It was given to me when I was in seminary. I've flown it a few times. Great questions from neighbors hehe

seminary? if you don't mind a public question, where did it lead you?....just curious

Calls Snowden a traitor, wants people under 60 to vote for him, lol.

That's pretty insightful. I'm bring serious.

Like I just said, obvious in favor of the intelligence bureaucracies above all else. What a shame.

Yeah, I'm almost wanting to bail here myself.  Staying for Art, but this guest is worthless.
Why bother?  Silence and not being subjected to a politician is golden.  I like Art, but I have also said that I had turned him off even in the "prime time" 90's.  Tonight is the same.  I like Art, and will be back tomorrow, but an actively campaigning congressman / ex CIA saying that there was another option for Snowden?  What, spending 100 years in solitary while the public remains completely clueless of what the government is doing.

Sorry, but done for the night.

Divine

Ya, but with the question from Art about Snowden he is not letting him off the hook. I think it is a way of calling him out.

did the guest say that? i missed that?

I was completely enamoured by this guest until his delusional and dumb comments about Snowden, for someone that plugged into "that world" the fact he thought Snowden could just release the info safely in the USA is the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

Look on the bright side.....Think TUNES!!!

Here's some of the fun stuff whistle blower Edward Snowden released

QuoteIt was revealed that the NSA was harvesting millions of email and instant messaging contact lists,[130] searching email content,[131] tracking and mapping the location of cell phones,[132] undermining attempts at encryption via Bullrun[133][134] and that the agency was using cookies to "piggyback" on the same tools used by internet advertisers "to pinpoint targets for government hacking and to bolster surveillance."[135] The NSA was shown to be "secretly" tapping into Yahoo and Google data centers to collect information from "hundreds of millions" of account holders worldwide by tapping undersea cables using the MUSCULAR surveillance program.[112][113]

The NSA, the U.S. CIA and GCHQ spied on users of Second Life and World of Warcraft by creating make-believe characters as a way to "hide in plain sight."[136] Leaked documents showed NSA agents spied on their "love interests," a practice NSA employees termed LOVEINT.[137][138] The NSA was also shown to be tracking the online sexual activity of people they termed "radicalizers," in order to discredit them.[139] The NSA was accused of going "beyond its core mission of national security" when articles were published showing the NSA's intelligence-gathering operations had targeted Brazil's largest oil company, Petrobras.[140] The NSA and the GCHQ were also shown to be surveilling charities including UNICEF and Médecins du Monde, as well as allies such as the EU chief and the Israeli Prime Minister.[141]

Yeah fuck this guest.

what is the range of an EMP burst high in the sky?

I'm not sure, several states I would imagine for a sufficiently large and high burst.  But if I understand it correctly, taking out a few power plants would create a domino effect that would affect for the entire system.

Didn't the Europeans bring a bunch of common cold viruses with them that the Indians had no immunity to fight them, so they died?

Or, so I've heard.

Not cold viruses. It was far more likely to have been smallpox, which we tend to forget about since vaccination against it has been so effective. Smallpox was highly contagious and often lethal.

I think what people like Faddis miss is that, when someone has to flee to China and Russia to escape the US for trying to serve its citizens, that's indicative of a problem with our government, not the person in question. I don't know how you can be deluded into thinking you're better for congress than the establishment when you walk lock step with the establishment assertion that continuity of government and 'national security' are more important than transparency and human rights.

Nuke numbers maybe just like beheadings, you have to be asleep to believe it....you have to believe in that which you cannot see nor verify or confirm on a first hand basis, it all relies on other people's word and honesty. If I were to call I would ask him what he thinks about Obombo's repeal of the Smith Mundst Act, and how it relates to Snowden and the ability of the US to propagandize the American people directly....Snowden maybe all about trying to make Russia and China look like the devil, same with Ukraine....he serves as a warning to anyone that reveals the tricks of the trade to the herd in the US.

Hehe. Nice to meet you. I grew up Catholic, no longer practicing, but I have a deep respect for the orthodox for keeping to ancient traditions. Too bad about the split in 1054, maybe we should fix that. I'm willing to drop the filioque if you're willing to forgive the sack of Constantinople. :)

waves

To have this whole conversation like the US is the good guys with no mention whatsoever of the complicity of the criminal American Military Industrial Complex as the  creator of huge amounts of the world's problems, totally unethical war practices including biological warfare, the continuous stream of lies they spew to cover their ass thru the controlled media, the unbelievable amounts of war started and innocents murdered for corporate gain, the past and ongoing CIA drug running, the history of false flags, the funding of both sides of supposed conflicts for undisclosed agendas, the fact that the President is purely a figurehead and never really makes any decisions..... I could go on.

This whole interview is pure BS/propaganda, this guy sounds purely like a robotic monotone player and it makes me remember Art's act of having blinders to this aspect of military/politics.  I don't like it, he's much too smart to be this blind.  Here we go again.

Everyone Blitz the phones to ask him over and over, "hey, who killed Kennedy?"

Then, no matter what he says, tell him, "No, I meant the other one!!!"
