It's the number for the show, but it appears it's his personal line as well.  In the beginning he mentioned not turning off the ringer in case of emergency.

Well, we don't really know actually. We call it the telethon phone and it's been going since the show started. At first, he ignored it and took it off the hook. Then he answered it and there was no one there. And now someone from Bellgab tried to order a pizza. Who the hell knows man but it sure is funny.
