That Styx album seems pretty good. I queued it up for later. It sounded like someone walked from a downtown Boston street in to a church.
Styx was always a band I wasn't sure about. They have soft rock songs like "Lady" and "Babe" and then stadium rock like "Renegade" and "Mr Roboto".

The Beach Boys song was very nice. There used to be a poster here that was the most cynical you would ever read and then one day he softened up and talked about the Beach Boys like a different person.

Oh damn it who was that?  I know who you are talking about but can't remember the name either.  I wish there were bands like the Beach Boys today with layered harmonies and such.  I love singing to bands like that.  One of the reasons I love ELO and the Beatles too.

While the subject matter of this one is kinda hoaky I just love the way he so effortlessly goes back and forth between his natural voice and falsetto. Great vocal performance!
