if hoagy played dnd he would have to be the dungeon master.... i don't see him as a player much... and if he was a player he would be that really annoying kid that wants to use everything they could posibly have in one turn.... and then he's gonna try to make up rules n shit derails the whole game... all the other players would hate him at the little dnd table lol

I have only begun to uselessly eat.

I missed the first and perhaps second courses, a faux pas or stylistically late?

He's been busy, was gonna listen tonite but had to get some sleep I think.  I suspect we'll be hearing his thoughts on this one though sometime soon.   ;)

I have to drink a lot of fluids before I do it now.  :D  I probably won't be able to hit all of the notes in 5 or 6 years.  I can do a pretty good Roy Orbison too.  I like to sing In Dreams occasionally when I'm in my car just to stretch my vocal chords.

Some of the stuff he was doing before Pet Sounds was already heading in that direction. It wasn't all about surfin' and cars  ;)

I, much like my late-night talk radio mentor the Hoax-meister shall use a d20 numerated in phraseology.  I call it the Magic 8-ball:

Definitions get a bit twisted in the torsion field I hear...

The older you get, the harder it is to maintain, or hit that falsetto. Don't know if you ever had vocal training, but that is something that's well known in the field.   ;)  You're right though. It sucks.

Yeah, you have to constantly work at it as you get older.  I'm not a professional singer though I've sung a few songs in some friends local bands. I can play a bit of piano but that is about it.  I've never been trained and I frankly have been less than ambitious.  I like to sing about the house and in my car.  I get that from my Mom.  Mom's side of the family, the Wilsons, have always been musicians even my grandmother and great-grandmother.  LOL.  Not those Wilsons but who knows? :D

So Star Trek stole the Enterprise design from a flying rock that looks like a lumpy rock.

couldn't be worse then most TV atm

It'd be great! Greatest TV show ever. Especially the episodes he goes to visit random places, like say Mcdonalds, with the acutron and gets kicked out

You're welcome.  ;)

I also love James Young's vocals and he plays a kickass guitar.  This is one of my favorites.

That Styx album seems pretty good. I queued it up for later. It sounded like someone walked from a downtown Boston street in to a church.
Styx was always a band I wasn't sure about. They have soft rock songs like "Lady" and "Babe" and then stadium rock like "Renegade" and "Mr Roboto".

The Beach Boys song was very nice. There used to be a poster here that was the most cynical you would ever read and then one day he softened up and talked about the Beach Boys like a different person.
