Yup, I saw.

Without more context, my default is that they are probably ejecta blocks.  Yes, craters can launch cohesive blocks of ejecta, very easily, and they stay as blocks.  I may be wrong, but that's my guess just taking a quick look without any regional context.  Beyond just the NAC image ... I don't even know where on the NAC image he's looking, considering how large that image is and it has a pixel scale of ~55 cm/px.  Looks like he blew it up by a factor of several ... okay, actually I just found it.
