Cool, Sandman. Congrats. I'm impressed that you're able to post at all with stuff that sounds like it's all 15+ years old. No flash is probably the main ingredient, I'm guessing.

It would have been no problem with a flash drive, even if limited to 4 GB. There's no fun in that.   The main difficulties I ran into were with the .config files. We were allowed to use our own programs on a second, unconnected box though. APTonCD helped a lot when I removed the wrong stuff, mostly because of the dependencies they drag with them that effect other programs. Dependency hell would have knocked me out of the running. System is quirky though.
