Maren. Keep forgetting to ask.  Wanna join the Vestal Virgins of the Dark as part of Art's cult? You're outfit is perfect

Hell, yeah -- I'm IN!  Thanks for the invite!

I used to date Robert Plant.

Well, I woke up underneath him one morning at the Edgewater in Seattle.
OMG. I am so jealous. I never got closer than being under Jimmy Page

I wonder if Hoagie's ever read Neuromancer or The Diamond Age or Altered Carbon, etc.

Exactly.

I was hoping Rosy might get RCH to read Planetary.

If you haven't seen Ex Machina, watch it asap. It's so good.

One of the best Scifi films in years.

What!? Why?  It's like you're some kind of sci fi author or something.  :D

I've had it with you, sir. *directs the utility fog to atomically deconstruct ShayP and absorb him into the nanoconsciousness utopia*

My stream died so I am going to take this opportunity to check out. Braaps everyone.

Jimmy Page has not aged well, at all, sadly.

Don't let Trump anywhere near your brain. For one thing he will try to steal your hair

Ha. Sad to say it's to late. He didn't get my hair though. ;)

Damn I got this off netflix right before I cancelled again, and the disc was scratched.  Will try again later.

Discussing Isaac's laws of robotics and how to create a replication of the human brain to implement his actual thoughts and theories.

I have gushed about this book elsewhere.  It's the most fun book I've read in years.  I actually read it twice, which I almost never do.  Of course as an 80's kid who loves arcade games and all the related nerd culture it was a perfect fit.  But also was just such an original idea.  I hear it's going to be a Spielberg-produced movie.

(Note:  I read his follow-up book Armada and was not a fan though, unfortunately.)

Yeah, but through some weird symbiosis we all understand each other and the bullshit that occasionally sprays.  :D
