Yikes. I dined on roasted teriyaki Portobello mushrooms, risotto (vegan style) and grilled asparagus tonight. Had a nice California Cab with it.

Damn IO, planted that idea of steak.  I keep thinking about it now.  A med-rare prime rib w/ horseradish, creamed spinach, garlicky potatoes, followed by creme brulee and a cognac.  Sucks when all I have to approximate that is a can of chili & a bag o' chips.
