I might actually go to this
Cool.  You and felchie can split costs on a room, unless its nearby then he can crash on your couch.

I'd go just to watch Nick Redfern. God, he's hot.

That Chase Kloetzke, kinda easy on the eys.  She looks like she'd match me water glass for water glass of Scotch and still put rounds in the ring.  That makes her a keeper in my book.

Really that's all you eat? Than how are you so fat?

He's big boned, except for one, if you get Sweet Kathy's drift. *wink wink*
Now STFU!

He's so full of shit, he's not going to Phoenix.

He would have to pay for a flight and hotel for 2-3 days.

Add in meals and it would easily cost over $1000.

That is just the cost for one person.

If he takes his cockroach bitch, we are talking over $2000.

He can't afford it.

Bwaaa Ha Ha Ha!!!!

He can crash with Chefist.  Right Cheffy?

Yeah, I noticed she is a handsome woman. I wonder what goes on behind closed doors.... :o

(I'm horrible. I'm sure Nick is a happily married man.)

Whatever happened to A51? What was he big reveal? Or was it all hot air?

I have reason to believe that A51 (aka Drone) does indeed have information that he most likely could use against George if he chose to do so - information gleaned from hours of late night calls and Google Hangouts chats.  If Drone's claims are true, the "damning" evidence is probably comprised of bits and pieces from different stories that he has been able to cobble together to make things look very bad for George.  However, Drone did try to contact Falkie privately multiple times before going to the authorities - and this is only speculation on my part - in a last ditch attempt to set things straight with him prior to making any reports.  A51D has since fallen off the radar due to events last week that I was only at liberty to make vague references to.  George knows what is going on behind the scenes based on PMs that have been exchanged.

I have not been able to reach Drone since then, and only spoke with his wife the one time last week.  She was none too pleased with me, but I will attempt to contact Drone again (or his wife if necessary) shortly.  As you all have seen, George is no longer interested in associating with the man.

*Edit:  Just to be clear, nothing in this note is meant to imply or infer that George should have anything to do with Drone anymore.  He asked me publicly and privately to stop suggesting it, and I am only commenting on Drone in this note.

Do you think you can broker a peace btween the two?  I mean, I'm being selfish, the interaction btwn Sendamemoney and Drone kept me in stitches.
Cool avatar, btw.

Well, hope you're doing well anyway. Brain surgery is no joke. Unlike Falkie's work ethic.

Per my edit while you were typing your post, I cannot and will not try to broker a peace between them.  I already tried to, and George asked me to stop.

The avatar is from "Bioshock Infinite" for those not familiar with it - excellent game!

Thanks - I am continuing to recover, and am generally doing well, but continue to have dizziness, along with headaches at times.  I'm doing my physical therapy exercises and walking a lot to help me regain my sense of balance.  The neurosurgeon has recommended to my employer that I should be able to return to work in another month or so.

Just be sure to stay out of range of a sweeping paw in case Our Sweet Kathy finds out you took one for the team.

I think there is a bit of a handicapping system in place at UFO events, where anyone who even vaguely has a vagina is considered eminently desirable. It's a bit like all those girls at comic book conventions who weight at least two bills and yet everyone thinks they are stunning - I believe the term is 'con hot'.

I am not casting aspersions against this excellent woman. But I wouldn't.

I see what you mean.  'Con Hot'  falls in with the concept of what happens in the Phillipines, stays in the Phillipines. Got it.  But the idea that anyone who has a vagina....well, I guess that means you are very popular at cons, or with them.

I might be mistaken, but I am starting to wonder if there was some sort of a sly dig at me in there.

No - I only had surgery.  It's not like I fell out of the back of a U-Haul truck.   ;) ;D :o

I believe this is Falkie's type. A young Sweet Kathy. This one does housework and other types of jobs.

As I often say, I like to come on BellGab and swap witticisms and funny remarks with my intellectual equals.

Who knows, one day I might even find one...

And what's this about "sections" of your stomach? Are you literally a cow?

i'm still tryin to figure out what a "water machine" is...   ???

Quote from: Falkie2013 on September 29, 2015, 06:53:49 AM
The only problem I've had is that it takes too much time for the payments to be credited or to reach the payment address. It took 9 days for one payment to get to the payee last month and my water machine bill was not noted as being paid when it was.
Not that its any of yours or anyone else's business....

Wrong.
Chefist could split the room costs IF he wanted to share a room & if I go. I'm still deciding.
But after living with Kathy, it might be nice to have a room by myself for a whole weekend.
I have 3 credit cards. I can fly there, get a room a take a train back, all charged on my cards.
Then I start paying the bills after the event and if I have to I make my own meals in my room rather than eat 3x a day in the hotel restaurant.
Airfare is $2-300, rooms are $119 a day ( approx $480 + tax ). One of my cards would pay for the room, one for the air fare. Getting to the hotel on their overpriced shuttle is ridiculous ( $ 60 round trip ).
If I have enough available on my cards, I will fly back, but taking the train across the desert and up the coast would be nice as I've never done it before. Aldous would know far more about this sort of stuff being that he's an Amtrak veteran.
Train is $147-281, depending whether or not I get a room, which I probably would.
And Kathy is not going. She thinks aliens and the subject of UFO's is boring and only likes the alien from the Alien series of movies.
Then the following week or so we'd drive down to LA for the event there at the LAX Hilton.
Kathy wants to see LA and buy stuff.
She's out today looking for apartments.

I checked with the app Hopper and its $265 round trip so I could definitely afford to fly both ways.
I was only checking one way fares before.

I believe the term is hubrids.

You poor bastard. Still, I can't say that I am NOT all that surprised.

It must help you to hit those high notes in the church choir, though. I guess that's why they give you all that free food. I just thought you were a cheating stumblebum.

Sincere apologies.
