Amazing. I seem to recall some commercials about "incorporation" on C2C etc stations. Thinking back on it I wonder if it would be possible to "incorporate" yourself and somehow be able to exist by various mechanizations these companies use. Sell stocks and bonds, lease back stuff to yourself, buy back and manipulate the stock/bonds you've issued prior, rob Peter to pay Paul, still be spending with no net gain but lots of cash-flow, and all the nice tax loop-holes, etc.  And then, if worst comes to worst, declare the "incorporated" you bankrupt with a golden parachute or restructuring plans and funds to the real you and then start over?

Years ago when I lived in Sacramento, I was driving my 1979 Chevy Caprice down J Street at 2 am. I had left a restaurant and was on the way home. I stopped at a stop sign, looked all ways and proceeded forward. I didn't get far.
From out of nowhere a cab doing approximately 60 mph broadsided my car & I hit my head hit the door frame. Someone called the police. They showed up and since the damage was thought to be under $500, he wasn't cited & neither I or the Sac PD cop thought I was hurt.
The cab driver was speeding to try to get his passengers to Greyhound about 10 blocks away by 2:30 am.
Well both the cop and I were wrong.
I didn't know I was hurt. I had a concussion and managed to drive back to my friend's, got out of the car and he called an ambulance. I had temporary paralysis for 8 hours and wound up walking on crutches for months.
My car had the power steering wiped out, the frame bent and was effectively undrivable.
So after I got the police report, I found an attorney who tried to sue to cab company for damages but couldn't.
They had a history of getting a certain number of accidents, declaring bankruptcy to avoid paying out court judgements and would reorganize as a new company with repainted cabs, the same drivers, buildings and staff. They had gotten away with this for years. I don't know if they're still in business,
I miss that car. Comfortable, easy to drive with 4 doors, a 450 hp engine and could go up hills with no problem. It had power enough to go anywhere and looked like the '71 in the picture, was cream colored  but it got lousy gas mileage, about 10mph but gas was only 79.9 back then. My first car was a black Javelin. I miss it too. Paid $ 700 for it.
I suspect Premiere is going to do the same thing. They owe way too much money to everyone. They'll declare, reorganize and leave creditors holding the bag and come back as another company and still be operating.

IF YOUR system worked properly maybe this would not happen. I type in the recipient ON bellgab & it tells me it didn't send it properly, its NOT my fault !
