I was thinking of doing this for the wrong reason, I was angry with Premiere, I still am, but that is the wrong reason to launch a radio program. As I said when I last left, "never say never". For now I will just say not yet.

I actually had a feeling his initial announcement was just a shot across the bow to Premiere.

Oh well thank god for the Fine Art Stream and my private collection. Oh and lets not forget SIT.

Art if you aint going to give us more shows then I hope that Premiere continue to give us new classic Art Bell shows.

I'm an optimist. I feel like at least it came CLOSE to happening so it could, again. But I'm also not stupid.

Next time I won't believe it till there's a public press release and an announcement in trade publications and an actual date, time and station to tune in on.

I must say that the last time I was on Coastgab it was over your FB post saying that you had cancer. It took you awhile to change that post. Now I look at FB and find out that your claims of starting a new show were just over revenge.

Good, valid points. It's just difficult finding much solace in them at the moment. Sigh.

Anyway, I think I'll email Art in a couple of days with a few questions I have. He may post something more in the meantime that answers them so I'll hold off for now. Besides, I'm sure lots of people have questions for him after his latest post so he's likely to be swamped with email today and tomorrow.

I doubt it. I think Art is finished with PreRat for good as evidenced by his admission that his reason for starting a new show was based on revenge. I don't think he was vying for leverage of any kind.

Hmm. I still don't think that's the case. I just don't get an "it was all a ploy" feeling at all. I think Art was serious about doing a new show but simply realized it was for the wrong reason.

Then again, maybe I just need to hang onto the "never say never" and "not yet" parts of Art's message to keep from screaming at the thought of Snorge doing the Happy Dance.
