Unless I'm mistaken, his namesake is also the name of a town somewhere in Arkansas. I could have been thinking Fort Smith though, but anyways he seems to fit an Arkansonian profile like a stained white wife-beater on a meth addict. Actually, I am really thinking right now that I was indeed off on the Fort Rock AR. I'd search, but I really don't want to search for something like that over this guy. Nahh. Maybe tomorrow.

Art posted on his main Facebook fan page last night (People Who Miss Art Bell). He didn't shoot anything down FYI, all the information about the affiliates knowing about the show is on there.

This may not seem significant to people who don't follow along with him on Facebook and that page, but at all points int he past when there is any type of rumor at all about him, he wastes no time at all shooting it down. He actually went as far as endorsing the content on the page from the last couple days.

I never got to see it live unfortunately. He came back a few times before my hiatus, but had declined to post anything up to that point except for 1 post I believe. Oddly, it all makes sense regarding his reputation and self-acknowledged keyboard kommando for Art Bell.

I have wondered that from time to time, since Art ostensibly chose Noory to be his successor--though I don't know if that was just the sales job and in reality it was simply a deal between Clear Channel and Noory.

With regard to Art expressing "disappointment or frustration" with Noory, I don`t believe he has actually named Noory directly, but has expressed a considerable amount of displeasure with the direction the show has taken.

To be honest, I'm not even sure why this thread exists. Art Bell does not have a new show, yet there are (currently) 321 posts about something which does not yet exist. While my best guess would be there is a substantially greater likelihood that Art Bell will have a new show someday, this could be months, maybe many months away. For now, I'll stick with known quantities like the George Noory Sucks! thread, because he does, or Art Bell Quits Coast thread because he did.

Agreed. I don't post much anymore as I've all but given up listening to Snoron. I got the same email about Art's new show but have yet to see any concrete evidence of this new show coming to fruition. I'm waiting to hear factual information about Art's new program.  With all the current events going on, I'd love to hear Art's take on things, etc.
