I envision a hilarious SNL skit.  Yes, it would be Norry, a man who cannot be cue card less.

Imagine using the restroom and other common moments when he would not know the next step without his cue card.

1.  Cue Card Find restroom. ..

2.  Cue Card:  Make sure it  is male or gender neutral.

3.  Cue Card:  Find urinal.

4.  Cue Card:  You folks fill in the rest, it is embarrassing me.

 Art retired again. BFD If you didn`t see that coming you haven`t been paying attention the last decade or so. Art at 70 years old had about 20% of the desire he had at 50. I just wish he woudn`t make up Noory like tales (conspiracy,they`re out to get me) that do nothing but insult his loyal listeners. Maybe the true belivers on the Art Bell threads can,someday,beg him out of retirement yet again for a three month stint.

Jorch may be dumb, lazy, and incompetent, but at least he's not...(                                 ).  I was going to write something positive in the blank space, but couldn't think of anything. If I wrote (a serial quitter) that would be wrong, as everyone would jump for joy if he quit. I'll keep pondering, maybe by the time I have a long grey beard I'll think of something positive.

I haven't caught C2C with GN since the news broke- has George made any mention of this? I had heard the comment he made a week or so ago about "some hosts taking the night off for a stubbed toe". It will be interesting to see how he handles this.

Nope, nada so far from Noory on the air, no mention of Art Bell at all.
It will probably take a caller during open lines to bring up the subject if they can get it past the screener.
But Noory has been taking off Friday nights this month, so there hasn't been an opportunity on the usual Friday 2 hours of open lines.
This Friday Jimmy Church is the guest host again and last Friday he skipped the open lines completely and just kept his guest on the whole show.

After Art leaving, I will listen if the guest seems interesting.  Most of the time, when I think it might be an interesting show I end up turning it off because the guest is just a bs artist. 

There was an interesting guy on, though, talking about why we have no money for free state colleges like we did when I was a kid, or money to fix our infrastructure.

The guy said we once had a law that pay raises had to mirror company profits.  In those days the average CEO made something like 45 dollars to every 1 of his average employee.  Then Congress repealed that law and the CEO now makes 844 dollars to every one of the employee.

High income people shelter their money from the tax man, off shore and in other ways.  If that money had been given to employees it would be taxed - and that money would be channeled into public works. 

It's hard to believe that years back a kid could go to college for free or for a very nominal cost and now people are going into heavy debt and often not finding employment in the field of their training.
