     During David Seaman's interview on the House of Representatives' rejection of a bill that would have put an end to all that NSA info gathering, a guy called in and asked George if he was going to put the names of those that voted against it on the c2c website.  George said, "just google it, and print it out," because as much as George is outraged by these politicians, and befuddled by their reasoning ("Why?  Why would they do that?"), don't ask George to use his website for anything other than his own aggrandizement, and actually getting an interview with a congressman seems to be, for George and his staff, about as difficult as capturing a ufo.  I'm beginning to think Moon River is a cool song, and my favorite line during Georgina Cannon's past lives segment would be George asking, "why are you laughing?"  Oh, rest assured, we are laughing with you, my huckleberry friend.

I'm guessing they're referring to gamma ray bursts which are the most energetic phenomena in the universe, far greater than even a supernova.  If one happened anywhere in our galaxy it could be disastrous if released in our direction.   The most likely explanation is some combination of a black hole and neutron star colliding, though I'm not up on current research.

I  like Clyde Lewis' show. I know there have been some nasty comments about him on this site before.. But I think he's alright.
Plus he just had some major cancer surgery but is fighting and is back on the air. Noory was off for a week for a pizza roll for Christ sake.

And as a matter of fact, I noticed that about three to four days after Lewis has a topic, Noory copies it.. It happens every time.
Clyde gets a little nutty when the topics are political. But he is a master when  it comes to paranormal..

And I like LMH.

rollye james has also openly mocked george noory, and not just on her little internet radio show.  i recall hearing her on terrestrial radio saying, "the words intellect and george noory don't belong in the same sentence."  ouch.


i also remember a candid video featuring consumer advocate host tom martino and wealthy conspiracy slinger alex jones.  they were sitting together talking at a conference or something.  the subject of noory came up, and martino immediately started ranting about how much he thought noory sucked.  jones then uncomfortably replied with, "well, but george is a really nice guy."  heh heh.


you see?  this has been one of the primary reasons for being annoyed by george's "nice guy" shtick.  it gives him an undeserved escape hatch when someone throws valid criticism his way.  i'm tired of hearing about what a nice guy this is.  i've seen some of his written interactions with random people, and they aren't the interactions of a "nice guy."

There was a guest on not long ago.  George asked him if he wanted to be known as a nice person.  He told George no, he wanted to be known as a good person.  When George asked the difference he said being 'nice' wasn't genuine but instead was about being manipulative or was for some sort of personal gain.  I always wondered if that was intended as a slight against George.  I sure took it that way.
