Having recently lost my Mom, I think Jorch handled that caller with the murdered son fairly well. He let her talk it out and appeared to track what she was saying (which is different for him) so I'll begrudge him a little praise for that.

Yes, sorry for your loss.  Lost my mother 3 years ago.  It's a tough thing.  In my case, I dreamed about her death six months prior,  detail for detail.  She had a heart attack.  Not sure I'll ever get over it but we carry on.

Yes. It was very strange for me that first night. I felt so very alone...the first night on this planet without my mother. We're still working out the details of her service and getting relatives into town. Out family does cremation so we have a little flexibility in terms of the timing. We'll probably have the service towards the end of March.
