Hey man I'm only like 2 feet tall standing on my hind legs ... I gotta use whatever style points I can get.

You always represent your species in a dapper manner. I have new found respect for all herbivores.

But not necessarily in that order.

I'm amazed. A cool bumper that fits the topic

Noory has the better show tonight. I'm going to settle in here. Expect lots of comments from me about the show that you are listening to tonight.

It's complicated.  Keep listening, LMH will connect the dots.

Dammit. Just hit the wrong key and lost an entire post explaning TWA flight 3. The pilots were used to taking off from Boulder, NV at a heading of 218. This was a night flight and they had to relieve a crew at what is now Nellis. They screwed up they even wrote 218 on the flight plan. They flew the wrong heading and flew into the side of a mountain.

Gable was a well known horndog. But who could've resisted?

Did Noory play another subliminal love song for Linda?

That last cheese-fest sounded like him pining for a tryst that never was.

I wonder if these song selections are putting Linda "in the mood".

TigerLily

Ick. Spooky little girl. I used to like this song   :P

And your point?  If I was a Trump supporter, which certainly I'm not, I would point out the majority of callers from this segment, were anti-Clinton. Which carries more weight, callers or tweeter?  I suppose it's a function of who you support in the upcoming election.  I think we've established where you and 136 stand.  Me?  I listen to C2C because fifteen years ago Art talked me into buying a CCrane Encore and it still dutifully records every C2C show.  I listen to maybe three out of every seven, this Corsi interview only because of the posts here.  I wouldn't be surprised if anything he said was true.  Does it change how I'm going to vote?  No.  And who will I vote for???  No one's business but my own.

In the meantime, bring back the ghost and alien guests.

I will not deny that a lot of listeners agree with Corsi (and probably enjoy him on the show) but also the same people who would freak out if Noory has a Pro-Hillary/Anti-Trump person for ten minutes. I am just saying C2C fanbase is probably more diverse than your normal AM talk radio and it's "classic" topics that you mentioned in your end of your post really has no political allegiance. So bringing in a Morris or a Corsi with such an obvious slanted political take it's certainly a drag to everybody else listening to it.

As for the callers, we have to remember these callers are screened and Noory never been much for confrontation to loyal guests (especially ones who give him glowing book reviews). I do think the callers that gone through are genuine (I wouldn't go that far into conspiracy lol) but I don't think it's out of the question that the negative callers are left aside, or what a lot of people tweeted about they just didn't listen for the night (like myself)

As for my political leanings, you are correct. I am anti-Trump, but I will also say if C2C had anti-Trump political shows every week I would understand the other side feeling the same (I might even feel the same) I can get my political liberal fix from Rachel Maddow or a liberal blog or John Oliver . I don't really need it from C2C.

As for your last part of your post. AMEN to that. Agree, that's what caught my attention to C2C. The LMH show last night was a great example of what I wish the show would be.

Damn, indeed.  I would have enjoyed that.

I can undo an unintentional deletion by right-clicking, which has saved a few posts.  If memory serves, you are using an Ipad.  There is supposed to be an undo button on the number keyboard, but I don't have one to check.

It was cool when he had on the Libertarian awhile back, so at least we got to hear something *different*.  All day long we get the two sides blaring at each other, spouting the standard party lines full of half-truths, emotional hot-buttons, ad hominem attacks, and empty rhetoric.  If they're going to do politics at all, then at least give us a break from the endless spin and offer us a different angle on things.

There is room imho for shows on general issues e.g. drug laws, gun control, financial systems, energy, foreign policy, etc., but I would enjoy a cool-headed discussion of various facets of an issue rather than the typical party-affiliated heated rants based on sensationalist talking points, cherry-picked stats, and oversimplifications.
