Jorch and his Hollywood-worshiping reminds me of this George and his "Seinfeld" experience with Corbin Bernsen and George Wendt at "The Tonight Show" studio.

Caught a couple of Nooryisms in the opening mins. last night.

First was his referring to what sounded like a "news diet", when he probably meant "news [Web] site".

2nd was his introducing a news item by recalling that the Edmund Fitzgerald sank in L. Superior.  The item was just that a certain boat has gone missing w all hands on L. Superior.  Presumably nothing else has ever sunk or disappeared in L. Superior.

George had a cypto researcher on last night, apparently from somewhere in NY.  Late in the show he told of a 1973  UFO landing near a restaurant in his area, including what he termed physical evidence of the landing. The evidence?  It seems after this landing, the restaurant's cold water tap ran hot, and the hot water tap ran cold.  According to the guest, this was the result of a "switch in polarity of the valves" caused by an electromagnetic field created by the craft.

Now I'm not a plumber or an EE, but I fail to understand how an EM field could affect mechanical ball valves in water taps. I suppose an EM field could affect an electric hot water heater (assuming they had an electric vice gas unit), with the most likely failure mode being burning out or otherwise disabling the heating coils.  That might explain why, if there was an EM field, an electric hot water heater might not provide hot water, but bad coils could be easily diagnosed by a competent plummer.  Cold water is not plumbed into a water heater, so there is no reason I can discern how the cold water ran hot.  So either this story is bullshit, or somebody physically made changes to the plumbing system for an unknown reason.

Noory just came out against the mayates and threw his public support behind the cops.

I suspect the police are telling the truth about this, but, contrary to what Noory said, the family of the person shot dead by the (black) police officer and at least one witness say he was carrying a book and not a gun.

If it turns out Noory is wrong about this, I think he could show he's become too biased by announcing his retirement from Coast to Coast.

I do, however, obviously completely agree with him that looting and violence are not acceptable forms of 'protest.'

The first guest was terrible, in addition to being a gold standard loon he was also a supporter of authoritarian dictators.

Last night, George seemed to be trying to coach his guest to say complimentary things about Donald Trump. A caller had asked how people can protect themselves from the activities of Monsanto and Bayer, and the guest suggested voting out the incumbents in Congress who pass anti-food labeling laws. Then George inexplicably said Donald Trump seemed the most different from the lawmakers currently in Congress. This makes no sense, as Donald isn't running for Congress and is a candidate for a completely different branch of government.

Then, apropos of nothing, George said it sounded like his guest preferred Donald over Hillary. Maybe the guest said something like that earlier in the show -- I only listened to about 10 minutes last night. But the guest observed that Donald has no foreign policy experience and no experience running a government, so George's assertion seems doubtful. Finally, he said that as president, Donald would hire highly qualified people for his team, as he himself does. George said he hires good people who make him look good, and that he doesn't want to hire bad people who will make him look bad, or words to that effect.

Ugh, at least with Norry you get some humor; albeit inadvertent. With Church it is just bad bumper music, fake inflections ("daaaark," for example,) and shout outs to something called Fadernaughts.

Gee, it is no wonder that the ratings are in the tank.  The shplit show format sucks.  75% of the topics suck especially the health infomercials and the new age gobbledygook.  He's politicized the show as well.
