Yeah, it shouldn't be a gabber, or even gabbling, campaign (why sink to his level) but I do like when clueless people call in and mention Art. Norry gets so flustered and agitated because he knows the only reason people listen to the program at all is because of Art and he knows that when he is fired or retires eventually, assuming the show will still exist, that nobody will be calling in decades later and mention his name, except maybe in jest or derision. So I hope callers continue to mention, or ask, about Art (and also now RCH, Steve Quayle, etc.) Because it makes Norry so uncomfortable....
For Dave, Art will always be the pizza roll that's stuck in his craw.

Just think, if George had focused a little more on doing good interviews and a little less on sneaking around behind the scenes, Art would have retired in peace and George would have had nothing to worry about.

A caller during open lines could just act as a clueless listener that wondered what happened to Hoagland and his planned appearance last Monday night that Noory had promised to weeks before on air.
Since Noory never mentioned Hoagland or what happened, just acted like he didn't exist anymore the past week or two, I could imagine a lot of c2c listeners who wondered that since they might not read what we know here at bellgab.
Noory didn't even thank Hoagland for his 12+ years service as his science advisor.  8)
Typical.  Reminds me of today's usual corporate response to "terminating" somebody.  "Dick?  Who?  Never heard of him.  Next, please."

With all respect Morgus, if they are that clueless not to recognize the Hoagland incident, or to know by now about Art, they probably should stay where they are at.

I don't know about Norry, but I was certainly bored with her. I would not have minded if she got bumped but enjoyed Norry getting annoyed by the beeping. Any no Tommy update, at least that I heard?

'Allo!
With you still i am.
Thinking about why the host Mr.Noory is seemingly winging it now without Mr.Danheiser during this crucial period of Mr.Bell's ostensible debut on the portland station in lieu of Ground Zero with Mr.Lewis.
If Mr.Danheiser is so important,is it odd he's MIA when the show drops like an stone vs.Bell's live feed.
If Mr.D.has plotted to jump ship as shakespeare's Brutus,"The unkindest cut of all"?
Is he going to show up on someone else's staff/krewe??

I thought any minute Noory would dump that guest last night when he started complaining about her phone.
He sounded bored with her and was probably looking for any excuse to let her go...

Jorch and his crack producers never tell guests to call in on a decent phone - that's part of the problem.  These problems also seem to occur more often when he's in St. Louis - I think he has a crappy board running in the basement of his Clayton home.

A state of suspense, so hold tight and the Zinger of truth will be revealed.

If that did that, Noory couldn't engage in his one of his favorite past times - complaining about bad phones.

Nope, phone lines and crackling just have not been the same since landlines and rotary dial, dumb phones.

Looking at the lineup of guests for George's first week coinciding with Art's return, it looks like George has upped his game.  It wouldn't surprise me if this was the one time George would say something was genuinly a coincidence :D

I thought a 2 weeks back he was pressing Linda M Howe about coming on his show on the 20th, and I don't see her in the lineup

you are right. I looked back at old posts from the last time she was on and he didn't specify the 20th. He was just asking about this month

Didn't somebody say here recently that Steve Quayle had promised he wasn't going on Coast to Coast anymore (if not all talk shows)?

I guess he couldn't pass up on the opportunity to show his expertise on Jade Helm, and, the point being, Noory and Tommy likely pressed him to appear to compete against Art.

and i am quite sad that i knew that too lol

Next week's shows were just posted on Facebook, and it looks like Jorch snagged David Paulides away from George Knapp for the Monday show. His constant interrupting will probably make a potentially decent show into a train wreck.

And Knapp gets stuck with some pharma crap this weekend.  I'd be pissed.

Jesus sits down with a young Jorch, and explains to him that he will, one day, bumble his way into a radio job where his responsibility will be to inform his listeners that there was no big bang, global warming is a hoax, something is happening, and there are no coincidences. A young, hirsute Jorch listens with rapt wonder. Jesus also issues a cryptic warning: Beware of pizza rolls.

I would eat a vegetarian pizza roll just to show George it can be done safely.

I hope that if LMH has to choose whether to stay put or jump ship to MITD, that she drops Coast leaving behind nothing but a few cored cattle rectums.

Hey George, did you listen to ART BELL this evening?  He was great.
