With Bell back in the game, I'll be listening for changes in Noory's on-air presence, and to see if he cuts back on nights off and the outrageous number of extra-curricular activities he exploits instead of building a strong show.  Maybe he won't take C2C quite so much for granted and actually put some effort into it.

How quaint to keep George Noory in the dark about unpleasant news and emails that might upset him. It always works out so well when top advisors and confidantes keep the boss in the dark about what is really going on out there. Like with Hitler: keeping the bad news away from him kept him in a good mood and allowed him to concentrate on defending Berlin and defeating the Russians......Oh, wait....

I agree with Paper*Boy that this reads as though Dave wrote it himself.  From the comments he used to post on Fantastic Forum, he habitually used a string of ellipsis in every post.  When he used them, it was always more than three, as seen in your above example where he uses SIX.  His posts were often sprinkled with  not-too-creative name calling, such as "pathetic" and "moron", just as you've shown.   He also got busted at least once or twice for pretending to be someone other than himself, Dave Noorie.

Noory's staff is playing another of Art's signature bumper music selections right now: Get right back where we started from

There's no question -- and it's not an accident --  that "Team Snoron" has been playing bumper music that were signature Art Bell bumper tunes.

I'm thinking it's because Coast wants to take "ownership" of these tunes in order to spite Art.  I can't think of any other reason because some of these songs are pretty obscure -- and haven't been used as bumpers for years.

I really liked George's very immediate and emphatic "absolutely NOT!" response to Bateman's question if he would guest on Art's new program.  It was a knee-jerk response and revealed his deep insecurity and resentment toward Art.

From what I listened to this week, George just continues to screw up in a hilarious way:  the other night during the discussion about genetic manipulation -- specifically that spider genes have been inserted into some female goats -- so that their milk will actually yield super-strong spider web filament material -- George actually asked this question:  "Do whole spider webs come out in thuh milk??"

You just can't make that kind of stuff up. 

By the way, "Dave Norrie" was a UCLA quarterback (and a good one) in the 80s!

PRO-FESSIONAL.  I think forwarding the marketing division of Premiere would be an appropriate response, maybe some others in corporate positions that might be interested in what C2C is doing to stem the tide of dissatisfied listeners in the wake of Art's announcement.  What a way to represent the "brand"!  I'm sure they would be quite pleased.  A posting on FB would disappear in 5 minutes, but some of the "oh, he's so nice folks" might see it. 

I would doubt the authenticity of it (no offense, nooryisawesome), but we've seen enough of these emailed responses for it to be no surprise.  I'd be curious to read what you sent, though.  I'm sure it was classy. ;p

Who do we think is responding to these emails in such a way... Tommy?  Certainly no intern... no way anyone interested in furthering a career would dare send out something like that.  You'd hope.

When your competition (at night) is rebroadcasts of Lars Larson or Michael Medvedev, both of whom disgust me almost as much as Jorchie (well OK, not quite that much but), and your listeners are the hillbilly morons that make-up Jorchie's audience, it's easy to be the 'top' overnight show...

Jorchie is a phony - a carnival side show huckster - that couldn't hold a candle to Art on Jorchie's best day / Art's worst day, and he's scared.

He thumbed his nose at the many loyal Coast listeners that gave him more than a fair chance, and rejected their observations about his side-show style. Then when they began to openly voice their dissatisfactions he started calling them "haters"...

His "Absolutely not" retort, is all anyone needs to see the seething resentment he does all he can to keep covered up, and the fact that he was not ready to dump the question demonstrates the utter incompetence of the guy, beyond a voice. Anyone with a half a clue could have seen that one coming and would have been ready for it for at least a month or so.

I don't like to see anyone get kicked, but he truly has brought all of this upon himself.

He was handed a Golden Egg and he ruined it.

Well... that email no doubt confirms their opinion of thuh haters!  Regardless, they could show a little professionalism in responding to even those... or, I guess, not respond at all.
