Kind of ironic mittens talking about Trump's failed businesses today

Keep in mind that Romney was a corporate raider who purposely sought out companies to specifically put thousands out of jobs for his own personal financial gain.

They'd do something that nobody has made them do for a long time: negotiate and agree to stop cheating by devaluing their currency.
What?  Do they have a federal reserve manipulating markets, interest rates and printing unlimited currency as well? ;)

Unfunded liabilities is just a "scare tactic."  Those union employees, retirees and others who are owed trillions will never really want to collect. ;D

Value Of Pi

Question to Trump about the military's policy and training not to follow illegal orders.

Trump's response:They'll do what I tell them to do. I'm a leader.

Once again, he's being honest about how he would behave if elected. Listen to the man. This response was very heartfelt and sincere. Who's ready to salute?

SPECIAL ADDENDUM:
Trump is now getting killed on Trump University. Killed. Call the Marines, Donald. Whoops, you can't. Not POTUS yet

According to Trump, Little Donald has no trouble saluting.

It's very telling about the state of US politics when how well Donald Trump is hung is mentioned in the debate within the first five minutes.

Trump is getting his ass kicked tonight in the debate. Rubio has proven himself an idiot but Cruz is taking some really smart jabs at Trump.

That is what is so interesting about Trump. He is giving back to the establishment the same crap they, Hollywood, "infotainment," and etc have been giving us. And it is so frustrating for the Parties, media, and pundits. He is out "reality" them. Even Fox, with all its graphics and Foxification of "news" is befuddled and angry with him. He has perfected the "non-answer answer," empty jingoism, bells and whistles, and CGI-style instead of acting that they have been feeding us for a decade, or more. And they don't know what to do about it. Classic.

"They'll do as I tell them."

Exact quote from Trump on the U.S. military.

That is the hierarchy of command.  Not sure why people are hung up on that.

The military isn't a democracy where soldiers get to vote and chose whatever they want to do.

Look up unlawful orders...

I agree, it's been fascinating to watch.

LAWFUL order is the key phrase. The die Nürnberger Prozesse, as biased and odd as they sometimes were, pretty much showed the world, and us, that the "I was just following orders" was not a valid defense. Here, more recently:
"United States v. Keenan, the accused (Keenan) was found guilty of murder after he obeyed in order to shoot and kill an elderly Vietnamese citizen. The Court of Military Appeals held that "the justification for acts done pursuant to orders does not exist if the order was of such a nature that a man of ordinary sense and understanding would know it to be illegal."

The beginning of the end may have been when the networks set the precedent of forcing all their local newscasts to air promos for entertainment programming within newscasts. Everyone eventually rolled over and now it's common practice.

Today, the entertainment promo, Mr. Apprentice himself, is the lead story as frontrunner for nominee for POTUS. Talk about walls on borders. We had a fairly solid wall between news and entertainment and the bastards tore it down. What we have now in this election is the result.

Those are covered by Obamacare and Medicare, I think, though there was some minor flap about it considering the amounts of money and usual waste/fraud in those programs I think it went away. But it was a bit of bizarre news for a bit.

I'm a bit cynical, only a bit  ;), but agree with you though would say the "news" has been suspect for a long time (maybe forever?) in some regard. But certainly recently it has coalesced, especially local news, but even national, to whatever horrible crime occurred- somewhere nowhere near you and that doesn't effect you- and then read some press releases from a government agency or corporate advertiser about the next new gadget or movie or craze and then, maybe if time left, some gov't 'adjusted' economic numbers, and then end with something nice about a found puppy.

Jesus made boogers, therefore boogers are an angelic creation that must be consumed to appease the sky gods!!
