MV posted in the falkie thread about the state of bellgab. How people may see this site now if they found it. It really makes you think. Made me think. I clicked on my profile and realized Ive been here for nearly three and a half years. I wonder if dedicating yourself to something that refuses to change is worth it. I wonder if it wouldn't have been easier just to turn off the radio.

buh bye

I hope you're not serious because we've lost too many good people as it is without another one leaving. Take a break, have some egg nog, but please don't leave!

b_dubb returning inside 24 hours:

Just kidding. I do not advocate nor support b_dubb leaving.

Trying to herd cats, (heh. I mean all of us cats), was 1/2 of what made that show so hilarious.

Seriously b_dubb, don't drop out on us.
Whatever you decide, thanks for what you've brought to the show.
Come back. Silence didn't mean agreement.

Do what you gotta do, bro. But I'm hoping that you will rtn.  Safe travels

Kim Jong-un's demented paranoia is preferable to Seth Rogen's smarm. I'd watch movies from the former rather than latter.

Actor James Wood... Like Christopher Walken minus the talent and charisma.  Just a thought.

The Interview is streaming on the webernet. Not sure if I should link to it, but I have no desire to watch it. I instead tried to watch "Free The Nipple," which is apparently about feminists who want to be topless at all times. Not even the promise of boobs made it watchable.

edit: I'll just say g2g.fm is a website.

Cynical exploitation by Sony and publicity seeking hacks like Rogen make me hope the public receives this film the way most reviewers have. A loud groan of "meh" and then a footnote. That a movie like this would get a Christmas Day release makes me suspect shenanigans all the more.

"See it didn't make money because of the threat to the theaters!" will be utilized by an insufferable Rogen, fresh off a dud with Barbara Streisand. That tubby douchebag wants to be Sacha Baron Cohen. "Look I'm shocking and fearless".

It managed to make $1 million in theaters, and the reviews aren't good. If the whole thing was even somewhat a viral campaign, it has to be the biggest failure in box office history. But maybe we'll get lucky and Rogen becomes a pariah in Hollywood, forcing him to move back to Canada.

I hope this movie fails to reach 20 Million. The attention it's received in the past few weeks seems unprecedented. I, like you, am hoping for Rogen to be cast out for the mortal sin of being a publicity whore with an innate inability to have a hit movie.

There's a glut of Canadian made crime dramas that air in the small hours of weekend programming. They come across like a CSI Saskatoon or some shit. I hope Rogen ends up an extra in that realm. He stinks. SARS was a better Canadian import.

Remember how bad SCTV was? It gave us John Candy, but that was a retarded show for retarded people.

I wasn't very impressed by it. The cast was talented, but I remember watching full episodes and not laughing at all, and not because it was highbrow satire. The movie "Strange Brew" gave me the same feeling.

An open jar of mayonaise left in the sun since 1982 has aged better than Cheech and Chong's films/projects of the 1980's.

CSI Saskatoon is a great show.  I love the one with the moose in it.

Edit:  actually, every episode has a moose in it.

Not true! The Moose was not featured on the final 6 episodes of season 3 due to a contract dispute with the producers. They replaced him with a beaver named Grady.
