What else would he get out of giving Falkie and Kathy free tickets to a $150 event, as well as sitting with them while they slurp down steaks and chops? No one who watches or is in anyway associated with C2C knows that Noory is doing this. It's not like he's getting on the air and announcing his food stamps for Falkie fund. Unless he really gets his kicks behind closed doors, it doesn't make any sense to me why he would continue putting up with it.

As a matter of fact, yes.  Here he is at a church food pantry helping himself to food that would otherwise be given to hungry children.  Senda hates to steal food from children but he has no alternative.   Woo woo cons are taking an increasing amount of his monthly earnings and the evil U.S. government has determined  he is not entitled to a cost of living increase this year.  Also, it takes a lot of calories to maintain 357 pounds.

Noory really had no choice but to vouch for them. Kathy told the security that they were guests of Noory and Senda was looking at Noory when he got asked. Saying no and having them kicked out would be more trouble down the road.
