I have had personal, direct contact with Art Bell both by email and Facebook, using the same email and IP address that MV has verified for the Art Bell who posts on this site, which has been verified elsewhere (many times over) through a series of "proves" including posts tied to when Art lived in Manila, as well as ham radio licenses and other documentation. If you go back about two years on this thread you will see that entire process unfolded.

Myself and other members of this forum have been keeping the Wiki entry on Art updated with current information for years. The entire section "Events of 2010 and beyond" was started and maintained by me until about a year ago. Is Wikipedia an open-source resource that can be used, abused and misused by anyone with an internet connection? Yes. But your fixation, on this one point, on this entry clearly marks you not as someone who "just wants to make sure it's accurate"--rather, you clearly have a vested interest in suppressing information about Art Bell's current status and potential plans.

Whether you are a Noory sycophant with too much free time, a paid stooge from Premiere Radio/Clear Channel, or just some myopic, sociopathic net troll who's found this nit to pick--you need to lay off. MV has been the moderator of this site for years, he knows what he's doing, he knows Art is Art--and he knows you for what you are as well. And so do I. Second it is easier to prove if the info is correct about art if it comes from a newspaper, t.v., and/or a trade paper.

It's funny how we need an established news group to prove it's true, when they publish so many lies and inaccuracies.  We are almost groomed to not believe information straight from the source. We have to wait for it to go through a filter?


I think it's more than that though. Someone doesn't want the info up there because it threatens them or their interests.

Anyone can be someone else on this forum or any other forum. there just have to be some prove. A fan site is not the best proving that the person in question is real or not.

I guess if Art popped on webcam + uploaded the video to YT, then started telling his story people couldn't question it's validity.  For the record, I COMPLETELY BELIEVE THAT WAS ART BELL!

We'll have to see how this update makes it to Wikipedia. It's from Art, and it's real!!!

I still think the individual posting here as Art just took a guess.  It is nothing more than coincidence and a lucky guess by the person behind the account and the facebook post is completely unrelated to the one here. 


On a side note- I forgot how much I like this place.  I left the 10th (I missed the original announcement by a few hours) and just got back to read all that has happened since.  The only thing I have not been able to bring myself to read would be the reporting of the (undoubted) train wreck that was Noories anniversary show.
