it was just one persons opinion of what art needs to do IF art wants to save the show and network. You can tell that by the words such as "I think" and "if".  It would be different if he actually told him what to do, but he didnt. Its just an opinion. Try to relax. The poster didnt tell him what to do, he said:

My first post, after following this forum with, well, admiration. Here we have, with few exceptions, a very smart bunch of people. I think, as usual, you guys have all the bases covered, insofar as that's possible in the current circumstances.

I'll just add that this whole event-in-process/phenomenon strikes me as life imitating art (or Art, since the expression happens to be apropos and the pun is hard to avoid). "Life," in this case, is Art communicating with his fans online about what's going on with him and the show. "Art," in this case, is everything that Art and his guests say on air when he's in his radio persona, whether it's about ghosts, UFOs, Bigfoot, whatever.

So what we've got here is a (sort of) real-life mystery centering on a Shadow Shooter, with no physical evidence and some vague but emotionally compelling eyewitness testimony. If we could only have Art interview himself on these incidents and ensuing blow-up, it would make for great radio. Instead, we have BGers biting each other's heads off because, in part, of the disorientation and upset caused by Art blurring the line between what the police apparently regard as a minor undetermined incident and what Art is treating as a major life event -- in other words, the line that separates what's factual and what's imagined or exaggerated.

Anyway, the whole thing has gotten out of hand and it's a shame. Art might be able to help the situation if he could manage to separate Real-life Art from Radio Art for long enough. I'd hold my breath if i thought it might help.

No kidding.  Why PremRat continues to waste money on Noory when they could just do Somewhere in Time with Art Bell every week night is beyond me.

Noory makes all paranormal topics seem completely ridiculous. If any curious person from the mainstream listened to his show they would come away thinking, "these people are out of their minds". That may be a reason he has kept his job all these years. Art asks the questions that may give some of the abnormal topics some validity.

LMAO....anger?...really? ...you obviously can't comprehend the written word without your own personal bias. And actually I have been in worse position than he has, however that is none of your business.

I was trying to get all you ass kissing hero worshipers both to see what is being pulled this time and to try to make some suggestions on how maybe Art can get himself out of the latest fiasco he has gotten himself into...that's all.

I am WAY beyond anger when it comes to Art Bell...maybe not beyond frustration, but certainly beyond anger.

It's really more of a great sadness really...that such a great innovator and talent can continually doing the same things over and over again to his own demise...tragic really.

That said, I'm pretty much done with this lunacy. Life is short and precious and certainly worth more than spending any more time on having been jerked around again by Art Bell.
