What a pathetic observation.  How is the person eating, fat?  You sound like a pretty bitter & judge-mental  schlepp.  Aside from that, why is this in an Art Bell thread again?  Something  about Art quitting, flipping the bird and George does a drive by to crude remarks about how people in some photo look.   Hmmm Art Bell > making fun of people, any people.  What a boring waste of space I'm done pointing out.

Down the line, Art can make a single debut and I'll be there.  I remain concerned about age and health because a lot can change in two years.  I can't help but think how incredible it would have been to watch him grow in the time already gone by and how the two years wasted could have really been something special to leave his listeners with.  But the man is entitled to his own feelings.

My opinion is that something disturbed him enough to make that choice.  I just wonder while I wait if he'll be up to it.  Personally I don't mind fresh blood.  But another Art Bell?  Impossible.

Ain't shit on ArtBell.com  Could be a hacking into his acct for an April's Fool's joke.  If Art did this himself, and it was a joke.... don't know how exactly to feel about that.

If it is a joke then Art is playing a dangerous game with the emotions of his fans as he already has very little currency left in the loyalty bank.

Art in the past often did April Fool's jokes on his old website on April 1st...
Or note Art doesn't post a start date but does mention his Sirius non-compete contract, which means he can't start a show for over a year from now.

That being said some of the stuff peeps are pointing out about the non-compete - he says there, if they would let me out of my non-compete i could be going head to head with him, but since NOT released, I can go at these times....well if the non-compete were still enforced then the times wouldn't matter, he wouldn't be able to compete...when it's over, then the time slot doesn't either.  Silly attempt at humor by Art -n- Co, but whatever, he can do that and we'll all hang on as much as we've each decided.  For me, I've decided to just take it in stride, if he comes back great, but oh well if he doesn't.  I won't be buying any of his products and a free show is the only way I'll listen to him now.  And i'll give him six weeks too lol, if the show aint up to snuff - then off the computer, delete him forever lol.

perhaps this is a situation that developed via legal communication.  they did not "let him out" of the NC, but the lawyers could have come to some sort of an amicable agreement (say, okay, you're back on the air, but you're not allowed on at 7-10pm).  in other words, perhaps sirius "did not let him out," but the conclusion of a legal proceeding did.
