George Noory Sucks! - The Definitive Compendium

Can Noory pronounce anything correctly?

Yep, caught the first hour of last night's show about "online dating" and pondered why in the world this had anything to do with "Coast To Coast AM." I found it more creepy that the woman guest was in studio. Noory sounded very weird and I found myself thinking why the program has been allowed to become a creep-fest instead of something many listeners may want to hear.

How disgraceful. I gave up on it when Noory asked, after the guest noted she'd once be fooled by a "fake picture"...

"Why would someone post a fake picture of their self in a dating profile?"

That summed it all up. I cannot believe George Noory. This guy is on another level. He seems to have zero grasp of anything. He's off in his own little world, then expects everyone else to go along with it.

Are women that creeped out by him? Perhaps so. He seems to have trouble finding lady friends, despite his fame and wealth, so just about says it all.

What a weird program that was. "Coast" is getting worse by the day. I know I have plenty of solid subject matter to offer, but I will work for free. They have people they pay to come up with that. Time for them to earn it. I'd be darned if I let them rip me off for what I can contribute.

"What if the Colorado River dries up?" -- George Noory.

I have a better question: "What if  'Coast' subject material dries up? And we're stuck with some real creepy shows with nothing to do what the program was designed founded to address?"

Answer: We get more nonsense as we heard last night... :-[

I did a search for 62-year olds and his was at the top of the list:

106167,62,S,5'10",193lbs. SWM, Amateur Astronomer, and AVID pro NASA Space Program missions (especially the UN-manned probes) enthusiast! Liberal-Progressive-Democrat,& an ATHEIST! I enjoy all kinds of movies (especially romantic comedies)!; "oldies" Classic Rock music; I have a wonderful female cat named "SWEETIE". Regular late-night Radio Talk Show Caller, especially to the "Coast To Coast AM" show!  West Hartford, CT

and the matchmaker lady guest in the first hour after Bill told about his fruitless years long search for a girlfriend referred to him as a good catch for some lucky lady...

NoMoreNoory

Erm......George, in tonight's 'Here's What's Happaneen' section has just re-designated cannabis as 'can o' piss'.

I'd add some pithy (or pissy) comment, but words fail, really.

NoMoreNoory

And follows it up with 'National Gee-uff-graphic'

What continues to bewilder is that, like tripping on the sidewalk or farting in public, he just carries on regardless, pretending nothing happened and hoping no-one noticed.

Well, once again, as much as Noory brags to his listeners about dedicating his life to finding "the truth," he should do the same for his listeners. He's said he was some advanced student and literally consumed every book and piece of intellectual work put in front of him since his youth.

It sure doesn't sound like that to me. He sounds like he's had a learning deficiency his whole life. Like the one kid in class who can't comprehend any readings or discussions. When asked a question, he just blurts out something non-related. And the other kids laugh. I wish he'd stop trying to fool people. If he has such trouble with common words, and seemingly unable to grasp simple concepts, he may be better off just telling the truth about his background.

God knows he can't write worth a lick. Good writers start at an early age as good readers. Noory claims to have been such, yet he can't even put two grammatically correct sentences back-to-back. I've seen his writings and it isn't good. No, it's not. It's quite elementary. Not the product of an advanced scholar or major thinker.

I wish he'd just come clean. After all, he and his program claim to hold and preserve "the truth," and "the truth hurts" people unwilling to believe it. There's something about his man's educational and intellectual history in which "the truth" may hurt, but I feel strongly it wouldn't be the listeners.

I'm curious to know how Noory figured out there were lots of single women at the recent expo he was attending.  How do you deduce they are unattached and single? Look for a ring on the appropriate finger of every female? <creepy> Assume because they don't have a male with them they're single and omit the possibility they could be lesbian? <creepy> Have them answer an expo questionnaire that Noory pores over for relevant data? <creepier> Ask them in conversation if they're married, engaged, or if Noory could be their "when I'm in L.A." boyfriend? <creepiest> Damn creepy.

That sounds about right. A questionnaire. Or, perhaps he functions like your typical medium. Before they do a show, they have "plants" mingle among the audience, asking questions, getting physical descriptions...which are then passed to the medium so he or she appears to "know" about audience members through some "gifted" ability. It's a common tactic and it works.

Maybe that is how George operates? Perhaps one of his charlatan medium guest told him of this technique off-air.

Creepy, creepy, creepy. I ponder how someone like George Noory would have trouble meeting or dating women. When he says "everywhere he goes, people are acting weird," it makes me ponder. I don't see people around me acting any weirder than they ever did. But, for some reason, people seem to act weird whenever George is around. According to his own words.

Think about the logistics of that...and think long and hard.

Or is it? For the heck of it, I typed this URL and got this page, instead. Explain this, Mr. Noory:

www.georgenoory.com

What a shocker! Recognize that website? It's not "Coast" anymore. It's "Noory."

I conclude Ian Punnett, George Knapp and John B. Wells aren't part of anything. Look at the banner. They've renamed the program without telling anyone it belongs solely to him. Or does it? What a you-know-what! Disgraceful!

Let's examine this situation.

Bill seems like a nut to us, and clearly he couldn't find True Love on whatever site he used, but he did make a friend of the 42-year old gal to whom he sent a, what, CC Crane radio or whatever for her birthday. Clearly he thinks a great deal of his pen pal, and accepts that she can't be "his". Very few people would send a gift to someone with whom there's no final compensation other than friendship.

While his Cat Lady lifestyle may seem a bit pathetic, the truth is that this guy embraces science and astronomy (amateur astronomy) and atheism. He demonstrates the capacity to love by caring very much about his cats. He cares about music, movies, politics and radio. He has interests in life.

He also has some form of self-confidence to be able to post that photo.

All in all, he's got a life and he does contribute in some way to society. Witness the fact that we're all talking about him. His life has meaning.

And maybe that's as good as it gets.

What an insightful post! Well done. I actually feel a bit better now that I read it.

Thanks.

McPhallus

Bill likely suffers from the "nice guy" syndrome; i.e., he's the best friend of many women and buys them gifts, jumping at the chance to help them whenever they might need anything while secretly hoping to cross that imaginary line.  But he's probably always stuck in the friend zone because he just doesn't quite get how male-female attraction works.  I've been there, and it's not a good place to be. He does seem like a "nice guy," and as you say, is "almost likeable."  Almost.

Yes, but as someone less fortunate than everyone else, he's fair game for ridicule and in fact deserves to be miserable.

Sigh!!  What a tribute!!!
It brought tears to my eyes and a smile to my face.

He is also a giver and bestoes quality gifts, no knock-offs for his friends.  I mean, a C. Crane radio, listening doesn't get any better than than.

The smile, he seems like a happy person, and he likes animals, especially cats.  How can a man with a cat named "Sweetie" not be special to someone somewhere?

He is diversified, and he is a communicator.  He'll make some women a very, very happy lady.

I just thought some female input would be interesting.

I should have qualified my observations.  I think some comments referenced this, he would be a good manfriend, as in e-mail buddy or platonic encounter, to have, perhaps.  Those thoughts are not my thoughts at all as you state above.

"Girlfriend with a Penis."  Nothing wrong at all with having female friends, although some women will dangle the carrot and exploit ruthlessly.

ah the carrot danglers... damn you all to hell!

Actually its been that way since Noory took over about 10 years ago.
He had that alias URL with his name created then and at the top of the c2c website it clearly shows "Coast to Coast AM WITH George Noory" for the title, the same as the announcer on the air says every night...

George Noory is the Tyler Perry of radio. Hes talentless and has to put his name on everything.

I think i found a(nother) George Noory stalker. His name is Daniel @ http://endtimeprophet2012.com/2012/10/letters-coast-coast-george-noory/

An excerpt from his 'letters' to George Noory:

QuoteGeorge, I shall take care of you.

George, Daniel here…

You will never have to cry, I will take care of you, with no worry’s.

Now that you’ve “left me” I will take good care of you, here’s what I will do…

You may never, never, never have to worry no more…

I was sitting beside you in my dream…

Tell me right now, there’s no doubt in my mind, tell you what ‘I AM’ going to do.

I will take care of you, like a ship out on the sea, drifting, drifting, keeping you “afloat”

at the End of Time and the World as We know it!

Okay, this guy has his phone number on his blog/website.

Now: who thinks he can imitate George Noory? Let's have a little fun here.

(This 'Daniel' is downright creepy. Who knew GN could have his own crazy stalker?)

Juan

Sounds like a guest for the sNoory soundboard.

AH MAN! ya know what?  This damn stalker dude has me fascinated now... I took a quick look at his/her? site earlier and was like "HAHA" but I just happened back on it and now I'm thinking... is this a joke? who is this person? can't tell but this person seems female to me.  All the angel talk is right up Noory's Alley... a spurned lover of George's past?  Why isn't this person in a friggin institution?

MV/Liberace!

while you guys were on the subject of people who are clearly sane, this came to mind.

The worst of this Gerard guy are his personal quotes. Who publishes their own personal quotes? I just say the stuff.

Wait. That came off as icky as Gerard's personal quotes.

His YouTube page featured a video detailing how/why is an amputee. In a world of vile, digusting displays...even he reaches new depths. And I still think he's the biggest kook to pass this way. No mean feat.

Eddie, the only video I see like the one you described is about some Mormon girl who got hit by a car. Does James himself have an explanatory vid posted?
