Board operator was napping last night during open lines night-talk when a lady caller had a theory of Clown-fear is related to being scared by a "jack-in-the-box" as a child. Though she described it in far more detail instead of just saying: "remember those jack-in-the-boxes" that "scared the SHIT outta you" and George, actually paying attention for once, covered for her. But the "SHIT" got out on the airwaves so FCC might come calling since spewing shit content is legal but not sure about saying "shit" on-air (though, I think, recent FCC rulings have allowed utterances without fines.)

ps: how could Tommy, or George, never have heard of back-masking? I think they even had guests on that mentioned it before (but not sure) but I would think most people have heard them (or at least heard of the theory.) Plus it would "come up" in the hours of show prep for an "occult
rock-n-roll" just by basic google searching.

Apparently Greys projeCt themselves as owls or clowns etc to some aBductees minds. Derrel Sims (like him) says when he was a kid the grey was projecting himself as a clown but he broke down the projection and pissed off the grey. He IS on tv! Haven't you heard about his tv show on Giam (internet only?) But I agree re: LA. One wonders what will happen to George once this great Hawaii studio (escalator to volcano maybe) is done. What will happen when the locals call him hoale and when animal control questions if his mustache is actually a foreign insect that could be invasive? How many mean babies will be born when the various pregnant new-age callers and guests living in Hawaii are confronted with the actual George on their islands?

I disagree.  George tries hard to play the nice guy, but he just isn't. 

He hangs up on guests without a heads-up or explanation.  It's rude to the guests and to the audience to come unprepared every single night.  It's rude to interrupt guests - to go to the phones, or to interject some useless comment or question - before they can make the point they've been working up to, or finish their story.  It's rude to not pay attention to the guests and callers.  It's rude to ask a question the guest just spent 10 minutes discussing, including providing the answer, just because it's the next cue card on the stack.

Listen to the way he talks to women, so often he's condescending and creepy.  His personal stories don't quite ring true, yet also make him seem creepy.

A nice guy wouldn't be as focused and excited by children and animals being mangled or having horrific deaths a George Noory seems to be.

I think it would be awful to work for him, or to be a person he has some sort of authority over

Spot on with most of your points. You've hit on many of his most annoying facets, but I still think the single one that drives me up a wall the most is his constant use of "incredible" to describe just about anything, even when it's not really appropriate. He needs to find at least one more adjective.
Almost drove off the road last night when he gave his explanation of why he's creeped out by clowns. Most clowns do it because they have personality problems? Wow. Thanks, Dr. George. And it was even better when Tommy challenged him on it!

I read that all the time on this board... where is the evidence? I don't doubt it's true, but I don't recall Art even mentioning Jones in the last 25 years.
