George:  You never cared that you, and you alone, were driving the audience away.  It never mattered to you that you were constantly / perpetually unprepared for 'your' show, and that you side-tracked your guests with inane comments and juvenile questions.

Your dis-interest in the once great show that was handed to you, comes through 'loud and clear' every time you're the host.
The audience begs for a reprieve from you in the form of George Knapp and Ian Punnett. 

Coast to Coast AM deserved better than it got with you George.  The show and the audience are the losers here ....

I  can almost see George and Tommy lunching at the Greek place, plotting the next incursion on the GNS thread.  In fact lunch is about 40 minutes from now unless they want to get there ahead of the crowd.

I have been under the Illusion that this forum was made up of guys like me who think Noory ruined a great radio show - by being lazy, never actually reading guests books - asking inept questions etc.

Apparently Its made up of giddy teenagers who are bowled over and turn on their principles in an inch because someone (moderately) famous shows up.

Sucking up to Mr Noory is not going to help the situation. It just makes it worse.

Noory you are intellectually lazy, you have been given a national show and are wasting your talent by not stretching yourself intellectually.

There's a theory that if you shove enough psychotropics into the gaping maw of a supernova, the kinetic energy released would be the equivalent of a red-headed porn star.  Opposing theory believes that lithium would produce a more beneficial affect.  But, for reasons unknown to me, intense gravitational fields seem to prefer benzos.   I'd love to hear what Michio Kaku would say about that. 

Back to Dave Noorie (since astrophysics is above his pay grade).  It looks like maybe he's found an untapped niche demographic with which he could have spectacular success if he's paying attention to the evident giddiness of his handful of fans who don't think George Noory Sucks.   Riding the upward trajectory of last night's performance, he could focus on subject matter such as favorite childhood cartoons, like Scooby-Doo and Rainbow Brite.  Or, maybe childhood board games, like Candy Land and Hungry Hippos.   Won't that be fun?   

Somebody on the thread mentioned last night that C2C store merch sucks (like Dave does).  In keeping with the new branding of the show, they should sell coloring books and crayons.  They'll have to make sure the crayons are non-toxic, as the Dave Noory fans have been known to eat them and shove them up their noses.

Art is wonderful.  George sucks, but just a little.  The next step is to isolate one poster and start a big nasty fight with them the point they leave.  The other posters  don't enjoy what's going on, get disgusted with the whole thing, and go away too.

And I don't think this thread should be taken down or modified. It will serve it's purpose as a place for Dave and company to look where they can improve. Plus it is a part of forum history! And what if Dave reverts to his old "mail it in" ways? You all will miss this iconic thread :

that can't happen.  if you want to see this forum die a quick death, then let's start tinkering.  if you want it to remain vibrant and active, then things should stay as they are.  however, it doesn't mean people can't be respectful and civil.

there's a wasteland of dead noory/c2c/bell forums out there.  they're dead in part due to the mistakes made by moderators in the course of trying to create a cushy environment the hosts could endorse.

I applaud Ms. C's remarks.  Stupidity has its own advantages.  Oh, I am sorry!!  It does seem like Ms. C has no history with listening to George.  While I just started here a couple of weeks ago (coming and going when time permits),  I do understand the references for what seems over a decade.  Ghost to ghost has gone down the toilet and the show lacks the eeriness that we loved.  No George, you are wrong.  I do not need to know about the maltreatment of animals/children.  I usually have heard those stories anyway.  I am listening to you to get away from this stuff. 

When I wake up my husband to tell him something dumb that you said or mispronounced, he gets pissy. 

And, your whiny "friend of vets" until recently had a background only of surviving numerous electrocutions etc.  I never heard about his military background until recently.  Frankly, I thought he liked guilt-tripping lonely veterans out of their last few dollars by death-mongering at VA hospitals.  I never could figure out his line of living.

I haven't seen a lot of fawning over George in this thread.  His responses have been civil, and I think those who have engaged with him have been respectfully stating their cases about shortcomings on the show.  What the hell is to be gained by endlessly shouting "YOU SUCK!!!!" into his (virtual) face?

I think the ideal thing for the moderators of this website to do, would be to abolish this thread and all of the negativity now that Mr. Noory has appeared here.  By removing the vitriol and negativity it might encourage Art Bell to come here.  I just don't think Mr. Bell is inclined to come into a forum of such rude immaturity and I thought a nice title for a thread could be "George Noory's Interactions with Coast Fans." 

That would be an amazing site to have Mr. Noory and Mr. Bell interacting with fans while on the radio.

I have never had a boyfriend that was anything like another boyfriend so why would expectations be that the replacement for Mr. Bell would be like Mr. Bell, these are two different men with two different situations from different backgrounds to different lifestyles and I just can not imagine that after Mr. Norry put himself out there talking especially about the speech impediment he has that there would be one negative comment to make.

If he sucks so much why do you bother?  Does it add anything positive to your lives?
