You are, of course, completely correct. Nearly anything can be spoofed, or others answering email/posting. There is, however, one FOOLPROOF method, and I already have the site setup and ready to go.

No one can spoof George's voice - and I have a chat site ready to go that is easy-as-pie use... many people can be online at once, no registration is required; you can login as a guest, or give yourself a screenname.

But anyone can also use voice chat or video chat (multiple users) - and we all know George's computer has both a microphone and webcam (either would do).

So tomorrow night, I'll ask George to come into the chat-room, and SPEAK to us. I'll post the link once he accepts. There is also real-time "typing" chat, so others can ask questions. This will be proof-positive of the identity.

I'll write a fat check to your favorite charity if it's not him. I was convinced since his first post, and I got there the John Henry way. I'm not a luddite, by the way. I just like tried and true measures that were around way before Bill Gates and Steve Jobs were born.

The guest is now talking about Bud Collyer who did the voice of Superman in radio dramas in the 40s and he also did the voice again for Superman animated cartoons on Saturday mornings in the 60s.
He would lower his voice as Superman compared to Clark Kent and would always say "This looks like a job - <lowers voice> FOR SUPERMAN!"
