Do you think the knuckleheads at Premiere have any idea how much disdain and loathing there is for their monumentally stupid host?  I mean, I've seen "I Hate Paris Hilton" pages go on for 25 or 50 user posts -- but this is pushing 800 pages of rabid scorn.  Listening to your Noory link, Falkie, we are reminded of how truly craptacular the guy really is.  When will our long national nightmare be over?  Where have you gone Art Bell?  A nation turns its lonely eyes to you....

As long as the bottom line is good enough for them, I think they could care less.  Noory could do Cheetah impersonations and Tarzan yells all night and as long as PremRat is making enough dough it would be, "welcome to the jungle."  Look what the Kardashians and Hillbilly Handfishin' have done for TV.  Geesh, most of TV programming today is making "Pawn Stars" look like PBS "Masterpiece."

I agree. He really thought he was on his way. How the hell could anyone have chosen such a cretin as AB's replacement? AB has much to answer for. Art really didn't have a very good track record with predictions of any kind. Even as early as the mid-90's he was agreeing with all manner of guests about how the collapse was coming in 2-3 years. He himself predicted all manner of natural, political and economic disasters by 2000 on several occasions. Earlier today on the Art Stream I listened to a 1997 broadcast with Dannion Birnkley. Brinkley got full of himself and started predicting world collapse with 1-2 years, and Art was yessing him all the way. How could he have said "George gets it"? Unless he meant a designation as "educable retarded".

I simply cannot believe noory isnt aware of what people are saying about him. I read thru the links Falkie provided, and have read many others as well. The internet is rampant with criticism of noory. Why the hell would someone continue on as though nothing is wrong? A logical person would, in my opinion, at least make an effort to improve, and try to clean up the complaints.
If you read past the anger and disgust, there are pages and pages of good advice free for the taking. Right here on CG every flub jorch has made is recorded, and right behind them are suggestions he could use to correct them.
Art had a bright and articulate audience, and that was a good part of why his version flew so high. Now, these same people are out here, trying like hell, to impart some of that wisdom in order to save the show.
Noory, the boob that he is, flat out refuses to take the hints, or is being shielded from the massive outcry by his minions. Either way, Im thinking it wont belong before Premier is scrambling to fill the night time hours.

That's exactly what I was thinking today.  I haven't really watched it but there seems to be a similar disparity between George's reality and everybody else's.  As to your other point, I have seen George or his cronies try to shut down another Noory sucks thread, threatening to sue for defamation as I remember.  I'm surprised no action has been threatened against this one.

When a parent, or teacher, finds a mistake a little one has made, they try to show them how to correct the boo boo. That is all folks are trying to do here. Sadly, after all this time has passed, nothing has changed as far as noory goes. It is fustrating to observe and that fustration comes out as angry posts and pot shots at the current version of C2C.
If it ever came to the point where a judge is involved, the case would be tossed for just those reasons. ( not to mention the "celebrity" angle...if you wanna be famous, prepare to suck it up.)
Bottom line...noory is not okay. He's far from it.

Believe me, I share the frustration and I wish Noory would look at my posts and make some changes and I'm sure you all feel the same way.  He deserves criticism for the way he conducts the show.  I need an outlet once in awhile and I thank you all for providing this forum for me to do so.  It is fun and therapeutic to get it out.  I just know what its like to be on the receiving end and also know what its like to become overly biased in my mindset, so I can't keep it up too long.  Thank you, I'll keep enjoying your posts.
