The American people are not interested in allegations.  Perhaps if he was charged, then maybe the tide would turn against him.  Its not going to happen though.

Maybe you're not interested in allegations against Rapist Trump.  You seem to believe allegations against Hillary Clinton as proof of her guilt though.

She's currently being subjected to a federal investigation. Trump isn't, so, there's that...

I really have no dog in this fight.  I will vote for him, barring some unforeseen circumstance, but my support is lukewarm. I am simply stating facts.  He has not been charged and that is the only thing that matters.

Not proof of guilt.

Neither are the allegations against Trump.

Not proof of guilt.

Proof of an ongoing investigation. Never said she was guilty or not.

How much do we really know about Rapist 136 or 142?

Just as much as we know about the Trump "allegations"; nothing.

Some dude a few miles away has is mailbox painted like that guitar. For years. Never been bashed by the HS kids after a few beers after the FB game also!

Oregon goes to Trump and Sanders; however since the Dems have about 150,000 more votes, it will obviously go the Dems in the fall.  No surprise there.

Quote>The president of Guatemala has offered Donald Trump "cheap labor" to build a wall on the border of the United States and Mexico.

>"We have high-quality labor, and we'll gladly build," President Jimmy Morales said in a Facebook Live interview conducted by The New York Times en Espanol, reported The Hill.

>"Tell us the dimensions, and we know how to do it," said Morales.

;D This got the biggest kek going through the news this morning.

"To the gentleman who wishes to build that wall, I offer cheap labor," the former television comedian said.

"We have good workers and with great pleasure we will build it for you - just tell us the dimensions and we can do it," Morales, currently in New York for a U.N. drugs summit, joked.

DT has fulfilled his promise to release a list of eleven judges he considers USSC nominees.  Apparently, Torquemada didn't reply to his invitation.

How would any of these vote on the union dues case that ended in a 4-4 tie and so could come up to be retried by the Supreme Court if the plaintiffs relitigate?

Trump Gets His Marching Orders.

Trump and Kissinger Hold Foreign Policy Huddle in New York
by KATY TUR and ALI VITALI

Donald Trump met with Secretary of State Henry Kissinger in New York on Wednesday, the latest in his efforts to strengthen his foreign policy bona fides.

Trump's motorcade rolled into Kissinger's home around 3 p.m. where the low-profile meeting that lasted about one hour. Trump aides say the presumptive GOP presidential nominee and 92-year-old diplomat have spoken over the phone multiple times, and Trump requested the face-to-face.

The gathering follows Trump telling Reuters he "would have no problem" speaking to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un to prevent nuclear proliferation. Such a conversation would mark a major shift in US policy towards Pyongyang.

Trump met with another well-known GOP diplomat, James Baker, last week.

I really like the way Trump does business. It's refreshing.

You should be concerned since you say you're for workers' rights.  You probably got hired by Rapist Trump to shill for him.  He has very low standards and he loves the 'poorly educated.'

I am impressed with Donald Trump's choices for the Supreme Court.   Mike Lee's brother, Thomas, is one of the prospective nominees.  All of the choices are solid originalists.

I see you don't understand the judicial system, either.  The Supreme Court does not "retry" cases.

If you're going to write something about my supposed lack of knowledge, it helps to get your facts right.

'Equally Divided' Supreme Court is Asked to Rehear Union-Fees Case

The California teachers who lost their challenge to "fair share" union fees to a 4-4 split in the U.S. Supreme Court asked the justices on Friday to take the rare step of rehearing their case.

Similar article: http://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2016/mar/31/supreme-court-deadlocked-union-case-conservatives-antonin-scalia

"Indeed, the Center for Individual Rights, a conservative legal advocacy group, said it would ask the supreme court to rehear the deadlocked case in which 10 California teachers had petitioned the court to rule that requiring them to pay any union fees violated their first amendment rights."

Finally

I asked elsewhere:
Can the 4-4 Supreme Court ruling on the union dues thing come back to them for a revote when a new judge is appointed?  if so, given that Trump has promised to appoint a Supreme Court Justice 'in the mold of Scalia,' any union, if not all their members, would be idiots to back him.

Answer from a moderator on this board
Sure, a new case from a different circuit could easily come to them, especially if it reaches a different result in that circuit.  Because of the tie, there is no national precedent set by Friedrichs v. California Teachers Association, only a 9th circuit precedent.

I'd ask for an apology, but it wouldn't mean anything to me.  I'd be happy though if you simply left here in shame and never came back.
